Kaervek is Urborg slang for Bram. And since we're on the subject of Dutch name jokes, I know a guy called Harry Prik. While his last name will no doubt be the subject of ridicule in many a country, the combination with his first name is somewhat hilarious (I've always wanted a 'Hi! My name is...Hairy Prick' patch on my jacket).

One of our customers has Wayne King and Dick Hunter.

I strongly suspect that this thread has been deviated from its original direction, highly unusual for you Dutchies!!

Moxen, you know it makes sense.

However dandan, your part (and thus posts) in this thread are hard to miss. I'd say you are evolving into a dutchie yourself.

Wanna join up? Smile

I was thinking the same thing this morning. To the casual observer, it might appear as though Dandan already is a member of our national thread hijacking team. But upon closer inspection, we find that his non-member status actually brings about more hijacks than would be the case otherwise.

If we had him on our side, we wouldn't have these inane, pointless discussions that are at the very heart of the DTHT's noble efforts anymore.

The concept of something evolving INTO a Dutchie flies in the face of Darwinian theory (unless trying to mate with lesbians whilst smoking weed and riding a bicycle are considered advantageous traits in the 21st Century). A brief check has confirmed that my knuckles do not scrape on the ground so I think I have avoided Dutchness (in addition my shoes are not made of wood, no German has stolen my bicycle and I am able to walk uphill).

I appreciate your efforts to improve the quality of the DTHT but I will remain 100% Slovak Hijack In-topic Team.

I refer to the fact that we saw a claim that Moxen is due to the influence of the Dutch language (a language so difficult even Dutchies give up and speak English) and the complete lack of any DTHT pics in this thread as proof of the quality of my Slovak Hijack In-topic Team.

P.S. Subsequent posting of aforementioned DTHT pics will look petty
...which is exactly why I'll be posting one in your post. - Bram

P.P.S. 'Team' is used in a very liberal, Dutch football team kind of way and because I needed a T at the end
Yeah, I noticed that. You wanna join the 'Commitee for Liberation and Integration of Tournament Organisers and their Rehabilitiation Into Society'?
