Hi all,
Benga tried to to a good work but I was not satisfied at all.
So here are the reports and the results of our weekly tourney.
This one started our "Winter Season" after the summer's break
We organized this tourney at Genova, a well know city in the North of Italy, with a good tradition for Magic Tourneys.
We have 91 players and we played a 7 swiss' turns plus Top8's system
The tourney was a K24 Sanctioned's one with 2 lvl2 Judges that ruled the entire event with great ability and without uneeded interruptions.
For the a better develompment of the knowledge around our tourneys and to better uderstand which are the decks usually played, we forced all the players to share their decklists to the organization without any possible deny.
If possible, I would be happy to show you some interesting lists and decks that placed well but that aren't in the Top8s.
This are the results

Breakdown will be added soon The metagame had a large spread of decks and this time more than 70% of them were Powered or at least SemiPowered.
The good thing to observe is that we have a lot of different archetypes placing well as usual. Strangely enough for a game filled with netdeckers, a lot of decks with a common path to victory ( such as Dragon, Hulk, K-eeper, Madness, Fish and so on ) presented different maindeck and sideboard configurations, maybe results of a lot of hours of testing and predictions for the possible best metagame's configuration.
The bad thing to observe is that we could "trace a line" dividing all those different decks in ONLY two different categories. The ones that use ( proactively or reactively ) the new crucible of the Worlds in multiple copies and the few others that do not use it at all.
We had an huge number of Mishra's.Workshops.based.decks that invaded the high ranks in our final standing and IMHO, they are destined to rise in number because those decks always have good impact to any games compared with the few skills and the few time needed to master them all.
We had a lot of Storm.based.decks that placed usually well, but this time, we had some different players that started to win with them. It is a recognizable sign of how those decks could be good and how it require a good amount of tests before having some chances of winning with them. I'll expect an increase on the number of those decks with the time passing because of the possible increased ability of many other players on piloting them.
Pure-Control-Decks seemed to mix themselves to the other BlueBased.AggroControl strategies in the Middle or Middle-High part of the final standings.
Aggro had good results ( as usual ) ONLY in the form called Madness.dec of Stacker.dec. All the other archetypes fall in the low part of the standings.
This is the report of the winner, Danilo "Benga" Benvenuti. On a Side Note. All the funny and interesting things are mine even if it isn't my report.

"...After Dulmen I didn't play a single Magic the gathering's game and the deck itself have been untouched for an entire month.
Retrospectively, even if I was out of the Top8s range in Germany, I was really satisfied how the deck performed and I was sure about my decision on playing it.
Some day before the tourney, MaxxMatt start his "Siren's Song" about some of my "weird" ( for him of course ) cards' choices, trying to bring me on the "wrong side of the Keepppeeerr". Luckily for me I won my Saving Throw against
Enchantments-Spells and I played the Dulmen's list with some minor changes.
Maindeck-1 Future Sight
+1 Skeletal Scrying
( as mumbled after the Dulmen's Tourney. See MaxxMatt's reports )
Sideboard.
( Minor changes )
Turn 1. UR-$t4k$ - Giacomo aka "Iago" GiuntaWe both rolled a 20. Whoa!
We reroll and he won with a 19. I roll a sad 2. I decided to change the dice after that bad start.
Game 1I didn't remember a lot of this game except for my first turn Shaman. During the entire game, I didn't realize that he was playing $t4k$ because he resolved only artifacts and played only Mishra's Workshops and cheap artifacts. Shaman and some Wastelands keep him down with resoruces and some of my Tiny-Little-Soldiers won me my first game.
Game 2Finally, he drew into all his colors and I realized which deck he was playing. He started with Mishra's Wokshop plus Trinisphere plus a lot of topdecked Wastelands. Those cards and a Welder sealed the entire game for him.
Game 3He mulliganed once while I kept a strange hand with only Black Lotus to provid eme some mana but with 2 Impulses and a Brainstorm as cheap search. I had a FoW to protect me from his first turn crucial spells too.
Black Lotus resolved, Impulse resolved and it found for me my basic Island. I layed Island and resolved the second Impulse choosing another land too. After his mulligan, I suspected that he kept a "so-so" hand, because in his first turn he didn't resolve nothing special. I let him resolve some locking components, strong of my solid mana base ( Island and double fetchland ), putting attention only on a possible Smokestack.
After my third land drop, I drew into my own Crucibile of the World. He conceded after a few turns of recurred Fetchlands and Wasteland that stabilized me and screwed him too much to recover.
Matches 1-0-0 - Games 2-1Turn 2. TPS-UB Diego aka "L'Arancione" FascioloDiego is one of our best judges here in Italy and a very good interpret of this deck. When he did not judge at our tourneys he usually choose to play "ComboBrokeness".
I was not happy of facing him in my second turn because this version of TPS had a good matchup against K-eeper. To really apply my denial plan I had to recurr Stripmine with my own Crucinle of the Worlds, but both of them are a "1of" and the opponent can put a lot of pressure with his aggressive strategy.
On the other hand, he was not happy of facing ME because he, astonishingly enough for TPS, ALWAYS lose to me in the past.
He offered me the Draw.
I accepted smiling with satisfaction.
Matches 1-0-1 - Games 3-2Turn 3. BG-DRAgon with Bazaars and StripsGame 1He won the dice roll and tried to resolve a first turn Swarm. I forced it and he forced back. I luckily topdeck a Fire/Ice, killing the Swarm, but he reanimated the pesky Insect from hell to power-up his defences. After 3 turns of draw go, I was hopeless because of the lack of anyone of any other answer for his SWarm + Animate Dead. He killed me with a billion of Gay-Bears.
Game 2 He double Duressed me during the first two turns of the game. After those moves, he tried to reanimate a Dragon being sure of my lone StP in hand as defence. LUckily for me, in may last Draw-Phase, I drew a fresh Mana Drain. So, he reanimated the Dragon to combo me off without thinking too much; I Plowed the dragon responding to his CIP's effect, he Forced it being sure of his win but I Drained his Force, leaving him without any permanents.
He was really disappointed and cursed me for my luck and started to do some Vooodooo-Dance around my deck, trying to instill some form of desease in it. Of course, he conceded soon after without any gas.
Game 3During this game I Wasted 3 of his tutored Bazaars to slow the game down a bit and not letting him to combo me off. He luckily found the 4th but I had my Yawgmoth's Will in hand. I resolved Y.Will, replaying some restricted spells, a Wasteland on his last Bazaar and a CoW for his future lands. I sealed the game and he conceded for the second time without Soldiers in play...
Matches 2-0-1 - Games 5-3Turn 4. 4C-C Danele aka "Tolarian Academy" VerraWe both played almost the same deck but he differes from me of 2 Angels and a Skeletal Scrying.
MaxxMatt tried to convince him to play his new version of Chalice-K-eeper, because of the huge impact of that card against a lot of the Top-Tiers of the moment. He told him that he would have played that deck. Instead he put the Chalices in side and played an usual 4C-C list with some ( BAD ) minor changes. MaxxMatt cursed him via-net during those days. Too funny to hear.
Game 1He layed a first turn LoA but I found a Strip-effect after a single turn. I was a little mana screwd and the opponent's denial didn't help me. He drew CoW first and I considered the game "lost" soon after. He leaved me without a single mana font in play for the rest of the ( slow ) game.
Game 2I layed Fetchland and my Sapphire saying go. He resolved 3 Moxen ( the Sapphire was one of them ) and tried a Brainstorm with sorcery speed. UHM!!! I mumbled a bit thinking that he was obviously mana light so I Drained his Brainstorm. He FoWilled my Drain and resolved his Brainstorm but no lands showed up in those 3 cards.
I have a Fechland in my grave and no Strip-effects, but I resolved my own CoW, hoping to win the game another time with it. He tried to dig a bit through his deck to find some lands while I developed my own mana with the coW's lands recursion. On the other hands, astonishingly for that specific game situations, I wasn't sure about winning the game soon because I had 4 lands in hand and only 2 spells, while his hand was full of spells and potentially a good one with the help of his 3 Moxen in play.
With his 3 Mana he resolved a Morphed Creature while I continued to drew useless cards ( Lands, Rebs and FoWs aren't so hot in that situation

). Finally I started to draw some good spells and he continued not to be able to unmorph the Angel. He attacked twice with the 2/2 but I cicled a Decree to kill his man and leaving some Aggressive&Nasty-Soldiers in play to put some pressure to him. I drew into a strip and he conceded soon after.
Game 3I started with a first turn Land, Mox Sapphire again. I resolved a second turn Shaman to start the beatdown as soon as I can because of the few time remained to win the entire match. I have an hand with strong Black and White cards, but noone of my lands produced the right color to be able to resolve them. He did really well isntead: an Angel and a Crucibile of the Worlds made and appearence and I scooped after 5 turns, with unplayable spells in hand... Too sad...
Matches 2-1-1 - Games 6-5Turn 5 - UBR-Atog - "T1Tog" - David aka "InJ" Beduzzi InJ opted not to play with his usual TPS-UB deck but with the new Tog's version that Lorenzo "Aj3j3" Fedeli "released" for the first time at Dulmen and that won the entire tourney.
You check MAxxMatt's reports and lists for a better understanding of this strong deck. We both had 10 points and we cannot ID anymore. We started to play.
Game 1I started with Fecthland, Lotus and then passed the turn. He layed only a Fecthland. I have a really slow hand with onyl few good spells. I tried to improve my game situation breaking both my fetchland and my lotus for black and blue mana mana and I tried to resolve a Skeletal for 2 in his EoT. It resolved and I luckily drew Ancestral Recall that resolved too with the last floating mana. I untapped, drew a card and layed a land. At this time, I had 8 cards in my hand with nothing playable except for my Vampiric Tutor. I opted not to discard anything, and I resolved a Vampiric Tutor for LoA, expecting a long game and because he seemed a bit disappointed from my strong start.
He did nothing in his second turn and I drew a lot of cards with LoA. At some point, InJ tried to stop my engine forcing him to counter some of his treats and we both ended with a lot less cards in hand but nothing resolved. I cicled a lot of Curious&Quick-Soldiers to put him some pressure and that move sealed the game for me.
Game 2He resolved 2 Duresses and I couldn't protect my own key spells with Braisntorms. He resolved a quick Intuition and drew a billion of cards undisturbed. His only problem was on find the Tog to win. He needed a lot of time and we had only a few time for the third game.
Game 3After a few turns of the last game, the judge called the additional turns. I cannot be able to win so I played only to survive, while he tried to win with the few time remained. I started with Land Mox Lotus Sol RIng and a Shaman keeping Mystical Tutor and Skeletal Scrying in hand. He resolved Duress grabbing my Mystical Tutor. I drew a Mana Drain and passed. He resolved an Engeneered Explosives and passed. I drew ANOTHER Mana Drain and passed. He Duressed me and the time finished.
If we would have considered the match a Draw we would be both out of Top8. I used all my Jedi-Mindtricks on InJ that was distracted by some of my girls hired to tease my opponents in the crucial moments. Surrounded by T1Ts and long hair, InJ was in paradise so he decided to concede the win to me. WTG!

The Enchantement around him finished with a !snap! of my fingers and he sadly come back to reality with only a "T1T-og" in hand and no nipples to tease.
Matches 3-1-1 - Games 8-6Turn6 - BG-DRAgon with Wasteland and Bazaars - Dario aka "Lydonius" De PalmaGame 1He started with a first turn Bazaar and I responded with a a first turn Wasteland BUT he shocked me removing from the game one of his ESG for green mana and resolving a Crop Rotation. With it he found another Bazaar, totally negating my Wasteland and my entire first turn move.
On the other hand, he didn't draw well because he needed 3 turns to try his first animate spell. I was forced to counter it because I didn't have any other solutions to it. I drew into another Wasteland stopping a bit his engine. Unluckily for him his last Bazaar's activation obliged him to discard 2 of his own Wastelands ( I was a bit mana light ) and he draw a clunky Dragon in his next draw phase.
I added other counters to my hand to eventually stop his animate effects but they was unneeded because he conceded after seeing my own Crucibile of the Worlds in play.
Game 2I mulliganed once and I was obliged to keep and hand with my Island and a Sol Ring as the only mana fonts and a Stifle as my only defence. He played Fetchland and passed the turn, I played Island and passed the turn. He unluckily drew Stripmine in his initial hand and he tried to use it on my lone land. I blocked him with my Stifle. I drew Underground sea starting to be a little more confident on the game. I resolved my Sol RIng and then passed the turn. A couple of turns after that, We both depleted our lands with a lot of Strip-effects and the match seemed to take infinite time wiht both of them doing nothing. He tried to animate a Verdant Force. I had only my island, underground and sol ring as mana fonts. I responded with a Skeletal for three and I FoWilled the animating effect, drawing Disenchant, Brainstorm and StP but no white mana to use them.
Finally, Brainstorm showed me the needed white mana. He tried a CotV for 1 and it resolved because I have Disenchant ready for it. He resolved another Animate on Verdeant Force. I Disenchanted the CotV with the Verdant on Stack and Plowed the Verdant after it resolved. Cycling a little Decree I started beating him down. He tried to recur one of his Squees as blocker for my Soldiers, being out of gas. His trick did well only once because I Purged away the Squee the following turn. My Crucible of the WOrlds finally showed up and he scooped.
Matches 4-1-1 - Games 10-6Turn 7 - Stacker Monobrown - Alessandro Fugallo Game 1I mulliganed once an hand with a FoW and good spells but with no lands. My second hand had double Wasteland and Strip but no other coloured mana fonts or FoWs.
He started with MW and CoW, nullifing the strenght of my entire plan. CoW resolved and I felt bad because of my sadly colorless hand. Luckiliy for me, I drew soon into a Fetchland but He resolved a second turn 3sphere. I continued to collect mana hoping to be able to go up to three. He didn't resolve a single spell in his third turn while I resolved a Demonic Tutor for Cunning Wish in my own third turn. He drew into another land being able to resolve the Smockestack that, luckily for me, sit in his hand an entire turn. I Wished for Rack and Ruin and passed.
I decidedto use my R&R on his Trinisphere and CoW, because I had a greater number of permanents. After doing that move, his Smockestack didn't acquire any counter on it. I think about closing the match with my own Wastelands on his unprotected lands, but he emptyed his hand resolving some accelerations and being able to use Smockestack in a productive way. I ended the game eating almost all my permanents without having so much to do. I scooped.
Game 2He started with MW and Metalworker. I responded with a first turn Fire/Ice. He ruined my land with his Wastealand, resolved a Mox and a fearing Smockestack. I played Mystical Tutor in my Upkeep Step for Demonic Tutor. I resolved Demonic Tutor for Black Lotus with the Underground in my hand and I demonic Tutored for Rack & Ruin, killing his Mox and his Smockestack. While he seemed to be flooded, I acquire the needed time to rearrange my hand. Both of then seemed to draw only lands until my Shaman hit the board, slowly starting eating all his permanents. Even if I could have eaten all his overcosted artifact with the needed time, the flood of the previous turns keep him alive. He tried to resolve some creatures with his lands, but I countered or killed it with my Drains and R&Rs. Finally CoW resolved and I could be able to finish the game with him without a single permanent in play and me with some soldiers beating him down.
Game 3He mulliganed twice. He started with a Wasteland and then passed. I played Fetchland and then passed. He layed ANOTHER Wasteland and then passed. I responded with my second fetchland. He tried a third turn Karn but I drained it. On my turn I use the mana drained to Mindtwist him for 3 and contemporarily Wasting his own MW. I discarded another Karn and a Triskelion. I continued to collect mana while he was withou gas. Soldiers and Shamans forced him to concede.
Matches 5-1-1 - Games 12-7I placed 6th in the Swiss.
Quaterfinals - MUD-Monobrown Game 1I won the roll and started with land go. He did 3 mana and tried a first turn 3Sphere. I responded with Ancestral Recall but I didn't found a single FoW to stop his sphere. I played land go another time. Unluckily for me he resolved his own Metalworker AND Wasted one of my lands ( i had Fire/Ice for his Worker in the following turn

). I layed another land ( LoA ) and passed the turn. He resolved both Smockestack and Juggernaut while I could be able to reach the needed three mana fonts. He attacked with the Juggy and resolved his second 3sphere. I drew a cards from my LoA and resolved a Wish for R&R. He attacked another time and add another counter ( 2 ). I was at 5. I tapped for R&R, crushing his 3Sphere, then sac 2 and then I Balanced out his Juggernaut and his Metalworker. I had a card in hand ( Wasteland ) and 2 lands in play. He had a Smockestack for 2 on board, Tolarian Academy, MW and Sol RIng. In his turn he sacrified Sol Ring and Academy to resolve another Metalworker. I was forced to eat my only 2 lands but after it I wasted his own MW. He sacrified both Smoke and Worker. After this "reset" he recovered with a Petrified Field and the third MW for another WOrker. He won 3 turns after.
Game 2I remember nothing about it but I won.
Game 3I ordered him to mulligan and he obeied me mulliganing twice.

Not frightned at all of the double mulligan, he started with Land go. I played Land and a Gorilla to prevent some nasty Cotvs and to crush his possible acceleration and said go. He played another land, Mana Vault and Trinisphere. I layed another land and passed the turn. He resolved a third turn Tangle Wire but I Wasted his land. He was forced to tap the 3Sphere too, letting me to play a full turn without any additional costs to pay. I resolved a Brainstorm and played a land. He was forced to tap the 3Sphere another time and I resolved another Brainstorm in my upkeep, powered by a fetchland. He continued to take 2 damages from his Vault and my Gorilla while he was unable to do nothing because of his own Wire. With Wire finally deflated, he keep his 3Sphere untapped but without much more gas because of a possible screw. I continued the beatdown and the denial plan with another Wasteland but with me and him both mana screwed ( I have only two lands in play and I have to face an active 3Sphere ). I drew CoW but I was unable to resolve it thanks to 3Sphere. We both didn't drew A SINGLE land after that turn for the entire game and he died 5 turns later because of Shaman and Mana Vault "beatdown".
Matches 6-1-1 - Games 14-8Semifinals - Marco aka "Sauron" Ardoino - Mishra's Workshop SlaveryWe both knew extremely well each other and we did some funny trash-talking about who should concede the game to the other and who would have been so bad-ass until now and some other crazyness.

Sauron offered to split the prize to me but I offered to him but I refused and he told to me "Didn't you now that I would win otherwise?

"
He won the dice roll
Game 1He started with Mox Ruby, Goblin Welder which I Force and he Forced back. Then he emptied his hand laying a Mishra Workshop and another Mox to power to his maximum a possible artifact topdeck.
I Wasted his land and then passed the turn. He didn't have another land so he could only attack with the Welder. I resolved a Gorilla Shaman and then passed the turn. He didn't drew well, layed a land and attack with the Welder another time. I ate his Moxen and then passed the turn. I had a tapped Wasteland ( used to eat his Moxen ) and a Gorilla in play with him possibly screwed from my strong strategy, so he isn't in a good board position. He did nothing for another turn and I Mindtwist his hand away, leaving him only with a Welder without any possible recursion to apply. He conceded.
Game 2 I stated loudly that this time he would have mulliganed to let me win more easily than before. Sauron did better and mulliganed twice.

He started with a Land and a Mox while I started with a Land, a Mox and a Black Lotus followed by a MindTwist for his 3 cards ( with an unused FoW to protect me if he would have forced my Mindtwist ). He topdecked Mishra Workshop and then passed the turn. I Iced his Mishra's Workshop twice trying to dig a bit into my deck and to slow his possible recover. In 4 turns I drew into a Wasteland and finally into a Shaman. After some Soldier he scooped.
Matches 7-1-1 - Games 16-8Finals - Pietro aka "Elric" Cavalletti - TPS-UBWe decided to split the prize and to play a single game to state which one would be the winner.
He won the dice roll and I mulliganed to 6.
Final GameHe played Fetchland and passed the turn. I did land Mox Sol RIng and Mindtwist for 2 to try to slow him down a bit. He Braisntormed in response try to build up a good recovery strategy for his next turns. I discard a Mox Emerald and a Force of Will.
He did nothing during his turn jumping the land drop too. I quickly Wasted his land and passed the turn. He played land, double Mox, Ritual and then Windfall. I used the Brainstorm that I kept in my hand for some possible Duress trying to hide some good spells. I placed a Mana Drain and a Land on top of my Library and then I let him resolve his Windfall. He resolved a Vampiric Tutor and then passed the turn. Windfall gave me three mana drain and I continued to do nothing but laying lands. He waited a couple of turns to optimize his possible moves while I drew into a Cunning Wish and a Force of Will. During my EoT he resolved a Cunning Wish for Fact or Fiction and tried to resolve it. I Drained 4 colorless mana. He observed all my opened mana and did nothing during his turn, waiting for my own moves. I resolved the Black Lotus that I had in my hand and with the mana drained the previous turn I cycled 8 Soldiers ( He was at 16 life points), leaving me some mana open.
He decided that is the right moment to try to win and played his Yawgmoth's Will. I Drained it and he Forced my Mana Drain. At this poin I had 2 mana open and another Drain to resolve, but he had some mana in pool and a single card in hand. If that cards would have been Tendrils, he could have done me 14 damages because of the high spells count and I could have lost because of the burn from my Mana Drained mana. He would have not killed me with the single Tendrils of Agony, so I chose to Drain the Y. Will instead of the FoW. I Drained only 3, letting him resolve his FoW on my own Drain. He HAD THAT NASTY Tendrils of Agony in hand and resolved it for 14. I was at 4 and he rise to 29 life points. I resolved my Vampiric Tutor ( going down to 2 and hoping to drew something interesting to stop his possible topdecked Tendrils of Agony during his next turn ) in my upkeep pahse to grab my own Y. WIll and I resolved it with 3 Brainstorm, 1 Time Walk nothing more. I had 2 counters in hand and the only thing that he could have topdeckked to win would have been his last Tendrils of Agony. He did nothing trying to accumulate some spells to recover but I won in 3 turns with my soldiers.
I won the game and the entire tourney.

Here, I'll add a brief report of the 4c-c that placed 9th.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Game 2 I resolved a CotV for 0 and he drew too many dead cards to recover. I won
Matches - 1-0-0 - Games - 2-0 SuicideBlackGame 1 He attacked my hand with a lot of discards, but I had plenty of mana and I layed a morphed Angel, but he Edicted it. He emptied his hand and mine and started beating me with some critters. I resolved a large Decree to went around his Edicts and an Angels won the game.
Game 2 He kept and hand with a single Swamp and a Duress. I tutored my Strip mine and I resolved a quick Y.Will on my fourth turn to let me recast Demonic Tutor for CoW and end the game really soon.

Matches - 2-0-1 - Games - 5-14C-K-eeper - BengaGame 1 He kept an hand with a few lands and I screwed him a bit with some wastes. I resolved my CoW first and I followed a MindTwist to it with FOW backup. He is totally screwed. He tried to recover with his own CoW but I had double counter backup and he conceded.
Game 2 I kept and hand with 3 Mox, a Braisntorm, a FoW and another card. He FoWilled my Brainstorm because he realized that I was a bit screwed. I FoWilled back without finding any lands. A Morphed creatures brought him down to 12, he resolved Skeletal Scrying for 5 going down to 7 but being able to kill the Morphed Angel. I started to drew some lands only in the end game and I resolved my own CoW. He Wished for R&R and tried to R&R a Mox and the CoW. I Drained, he Rebed my Drain , I Drained his ReB he Drained my Drain. With all that mana he resolved Y.Will and won.
Game 3 I played a first turn LoA but he Wasted it soon. I stripped a couple of his lands targetting only Black mana fonts. I resolved CoW recurring all my denial. I won with an Angel.
Matches - 3-0-1 - Games - 7-2Aggro-Stacker-Monobrown Game 1&2 He had always to many things to resolve in this first three turns. I successfully escaped from a CoW+Stripmine lock but the next Metalworker+Smokestack killed me twice.
Matches - 3-1-1 - Games - 7-4Drain-Slavery Game 1 I saw a lot of lands, Brainstorms and Counters. I Wasted some of his lands but he resolved a Tinker for Colossuss. I hadn't any white mana on table and I lose in two turns.
Game 2 I drew a lot from a first turn LoA and he didn't put any pressure on me. I resolved CoW to ruin his mana base and then a Y.Will to win the game.
Game 3 I tutored my LoA to start drewing some cards, but he Wasted it soon. We had a little counter war on his Ancestrall that I let him resolve to have a ReB backup for my next turn Mindtwist. He discarded a lot of artifact but resolved a Goblin Welder. I Wished for BeB killing it before he lose his sickness. With no gas he conceded after some Soldier's attacks.
Matches - 4-1-1 - Games - 9-5UBR-Tog Game 1 I wasted 2 of his duals and I searched for a Stripmine to get rid of his Swamp. I announced a Shaman but he Drained it and i FoW back. He tried an Intuition to recover from his bad board position with 2 of his Moxen, but he lose alomost all of his mana and he scooped soon after.
Game 2 I was totally flooded after 5 turns of additional draws of my LoA. I had no counter. He almost totally mindtwisted my hand. I topdecked an Angel after 2 turns and it resolved. He was low on life thanks to his own Mana Crypt and without a lot of gas. I tried a CotV for 3 to stop his possible sideboard's cards and Y.Will. He Drained my CotV but died because of some unused mana in th enext turn. Unlucky.

This is the report of Pietro aka "Elric" Cavalletti, girls' idol and crazy like a cow.

Strong enough to top8 almost every tourney.

Gay-RedGAme 1I kept an hand with 1 Underground, 2xFoW, Mystical Tutor, Cunning Wish and two other shitty cards. I didn't know what deck was he playing. I mystically Tutored for Ancestral but he Wasted may Underground and didn't draw any lands for 3 turns. He resolved Lavamanecers, MIshras, Fairies and started to beat me down. I FoWilled one of his Standstill and an Hatchling to limit his possible defences. I started to drew lands and he continued to beat me down. In my last turn of life I decided to try to go-off. I Tutored for Black Lotus, resolved Black Lotus and I Forced his FOW on my own Y.Will. I did 9 spells and won.
Game 2See game 1. He did a lot in his first turns. I layed basic lands and I stopped his Rods and Standstil only to prepare an huge Y.Will. It won me another game.
Matches 1-0-0 - Games 2-0TPS-UBGame 1He resolved an Ancestrall Recall on my first turn upkeep. I Duressed his counter and I resolved a TimeTwister to refill my hand. With a Dark Ritual I resolved a Necropotence in the same turn. I drew a bit but I didn't found a FoWs for his spells. He resolved a second turn time Spiral and with a god hand won the game.
Game 2I flooded a lot and he was screwed. Of course the first one that exploded his hand was him and after an explorative Duress he resolved a quick Y:WIll and won the entire game with 10 spells.
Matches 1-0-1 - Games 2-23C-Hulk-Smash!with WastelandsGame 1 We traded cards with spell in the first part of the game but he resolved a fast Atog to start the bit down. I had a few gas and a little Tendrils helped me to recover a bit from the Atog's beatdown. I sent him to 2 and I went up to 32. I went broken with a Bargain in the only turn he hadn't double counters basckup.
Game 2 I Duressed away his Mindtwist and his Y.Will. after a FoW on his own Time Walk to slow him down. Because of his FoW in hand I prepared an huge Mind's Desire instead of other key spells. he Wasted some of my lands and a Pernicious Deed reset a lot of my Mana Artifacts. He reoslved Intuition for 3 and for 4 but ended the turn with only one mana open and an untapped stripmine. Seeing him without a possible Mana Drain I tried a Bargain with FOW backup. it resolved and won me the match.
Matches 2-0-1 - Games 4-2Kobold-TendrilsGame 1 He resolved Therapy twice discarding three cards. I tried to recover with a Timtwister that gave me only shitty cards while it gave to him a god-hand. I countered a Necropotence and a Skullclamp but when he resolved a Rector with the Therapy backup I scooped.
Game 2 I went broken on turn 1, hungry for the unlucky draw of game 1.
Game 3 I mulliganed once and kept this hand: Crypt, Mox, Land Land FoW, Braisntorm. Shitty one. He resolved a Therapy hitting FoW in his first choice and taking out a Brainstorm with the flashback. I drew another Braisntor, that showed me cards to resolve a first turn Jar. I actived it soon and I managed to resolve Ritual and NEcropotence. I won the next turn.
Matches 3-0-1 - Games 6-3UB-Mask-NaughtGame 1He started slow doing nothing special for 3 turns. I Tutored Ancestrall and Y.Will to close the match. A Chain of Vapor bounced back one of his VoidMages and I did 10 spells.
Game 2He resolved Extract on my Y.Will, Tinker for Mask and Enlightened for Dreadnaught. I won on turn 4 thanks to Time Spiral --> Necro --> Ancestrall+Walk+Twister+JAr+....
Matches 4-0-1 - games 8-3UR-$t4k$Game 1He resolved Mindslaver in his first turn bur I decided to counter it. I did nothing in my first turn while he resolved a Memory Jar in his second turn. I bounced back his own Memory Jar and I resolved mine, but I dind't finf nothing useful with his activation. He resolved both JAr and Welder. With the Jar activation he resolved Smokestack and another Welder but no Spheres. I did ten spells in my following turns thank to Ritual Ritual and Y.Will.
Game 2He started MW and 3Sphere. I layed a couple of Fetchlands and then I prepared my usual EoT Bouncer on his 3Sphere to go off with the cards in hand. I his third turn he topdecked a Sundering Titan that destroyed 2 of my lands and I lost.
Game 3He reoslved both CotV for 0 and for 1. I did nothing unti I reached 3 mana. I Rebuild back his artifacts during his own EoT and I Vampiric Tutored for Y. Bargain during my Upkeep. I resolved it and won in that turn.
Matches 5-0-1 - Games 10-4MW-SlaveryID
Matches 5-1-1 - Games 11-5 Quarterfinals - Aggro-Stacker-MonobrownGame 1He started MW and 3SPhere. I had not a FoW. He Stripped my lands and resolved a Karn. I scooped.
Game 2I resolved a first turn Necropotence. I resolved a first turn Wire but I FoWilled his Metalworker to slow him down a bit. The Wired subtract to me this second-turn-win, so I prepared a Rebuild to get rid of all his nasty permanents and win with Y.Will.
Game 3He mulliganed to 5 to start with 3Sphere that didn't showed up. I had a god-hand with a first turn Tinker for collossuss AND Necropotence. I conceded soon after.
MAtches 6-1-1 - Games 13-6Semifinals - UR-$t4k$Game 1I started with land mox Duress for smokestack. He resolved a Wire and then a CoW. He tried a TofK but I FoWilled it. I resolved Walk, Vampiric Tutor for Necro which resolved and then I passed the turn. He tried to recover with a Strip and a Smoke but I could be able to draw a lot from my Y.Will and then win the game with a lot more than 10 spells.
Game 2He played a first turn Welder + 3Sphere. I forced the Sphere and then I started the show. I Tinker for Jar and resolved Black Lotus. I activated Jar that showed me Brainstorm, Demonic, Ritual and other things. I Demonic Tutored for Y.WIll, resolved the Y:WIll, replay Lotus, Crypt, Ritual and Demonic tutored for a gigantic first turn Tendrils of Agony.
MAtches 7-1-1 - Games 15-7Finals - 4C-K-eeperLast Game I made my first error in the entire tourney. I didn't resolve a first turn Windfall for 6 because of the lack of the needed protection. I waited too much and the efficiency of the Widfall was far more impressive. I drew only mana and a Tenrdils of Agony so I did some spells to bring him down to 4 but he attacked too times with his Soldiers and won with them.
Matches 7-2-1 - Games 15-8----------------------------------------------------------------------
