Sort of but actually far far better than Mirror Universe in multiplayer. You still can't mana burn someone to death with it though.

Of course for that mana you might prefer something that actually wins you the game. Purely for multiplayer groups who have someone who likes lifegain decks (i.e. cleanse your group of Congregate).

The extra text I find a little odd.

Shouldn´t it have said: "Every player gets at least one life back"?

Nah, that would imply that players could be assigned life totals at will ("I will put myself at 10000000000000000, and you at 1, Go!").

Right now, the text implies that you take the values of life totals, and redevide the totals itself, not the total amount of life, or w/e your wording could imply Smile

I have to say, CHK seems to shape up like a nice set for T4.

Hmmm... not convinced.

The spells text says:

"Redistribute any amount of players´life totals"

I suppose this means: if there are four people playing, each has 20 life, than I have 80 life to divide between the 4 people.

I suppose the extra text wants to say: you can not give a player zero life, so you cannot distribute 80-0-0-0. You have to give each player at least one life back.

Whatever. It´s unplayable. Who cares.

The "each player gets one life total" makes me think that it's not the sum of life currently in the game but players get to swap their current life totals (and in multiplayer everyone gets swapped).  Otherwise the reminder text would read more like "every player must be assigned at least one life" or "no player cannot be assinged life."

It seems pretty straight forward to me. You take everyone's life total and then you doll out life points however you wish (making sure everyone gets at least one).

Player A: 20 life
Player B: 10 life
Player C: 5 life (casts spell)

You now have 35 life to spread around making sure each person gets at least one....

Player A: 1 life
Player B: 1 life
Player C: 33 life

Smile

Personally, I think Chain Lightning is still more fun in Type 4 ;p

No no no no no. You don't redistribute the total of life, you redistribute the life totals. It's a Mirror Universe for muliplayer and will do exactly what the Mirror Universe does.

To clarify, I'm pretty sure the card works like this:

Player A: 20 life
Player B: 10 life
Player C: 5 life (plays spell)

You would now presumably take the 20 life, and then choose a friend and an enemy, like so:

Player A: 10 life
Player B: 5 life
Player C: 20 life
