That's a beautiful name, but I don't think it fits this card.
(I was expecting a creature.)

Aside from that - combined with a toughness boosting effect like, oh, Coat of Arms, this card would be incredibly vicious.

Third turn Souls, fourth turn Tormented Angel, fifth turn Coat of Arms and sac Tormented Angel for five 5/5 fliers. Now each time you pay W, you double the number of angels, and double each one's power.
