oh, and if Bushman goes, I would definitely like to challenge him to a burrito eating contest. I'll probably lose, but hey, it's worth a shot.

If you're talking about bean burritos, well, I don't think Joe will eat beans.  Maybe beef and cheese burritos.  However, refried beans are my *favorite* food, so if you wanna go I'll carry the Mean Deck banner, so long as they're vegan burritos...

P.S. I think I still owe Joe some money. Last time I was in OH, I bet that he couldn't eat a large pizza by himself. I definitely lost that bet.

Everyone thinking they can take the BushMan.  Such folly.  When will you all learn?  At least you didn't actually challenge him to an eating contest.  Marc Perez learned the hard way. Smile

Actually, the BUSHman van found out the hard way, as we had to clean it of the Mac and Cheese that PTW threw up on it.

The answer is simple: I'm your worst nightmare (besides when you have that recurring dream where you are licking a goat's nuts). To quote my teammate Nickvos, you and your whole crew are "going to get rolled like a piece of dough."

To answer your question, I've probably Top 8'd and won as many big tournaments as most of 'The Fringe' members put together. Yes, an astoundingly unimpressive small number. How can you talk trash when your claim to fame is being a cumdumpster? You posers.

I really hope you're kidding.

My "claim to fame" as you put it, is that I've been here since the beginning; I was wrecking Type 1 when you were still soup in your momma's crotch.

I will admit that my team has been a little reclusive as of late. But that still doesn't change the fact that I've never heard of you doing well in any event. Ergo, once again, you suck and your metagame sucks.

Let's take a look at some points:

1.  The Twin Cities is the mecca for Vintage.  Where else in the Midwest area can you find multiple vintage tournies on Friday night and multiple monthly power9 tournies, nowhere.  Chi town is laughable.

2.  Is Gencon considered in the Midwest?  I suppose.  Is a sanctioned tourny where the numbers were really low and they gave out boosters for prizes worth any kind of bragging.  I guess.

3.  Of the 2 Crazy Cons that were held in Illinois, Minnesotans won both times.  In fact, Minnesota put 2 people in the Finals of the 1st event, and 1 (who won) in the 2nd event.  Pretty Good.

4.  Are we afraid of proxy-toting New Englanders?  aww hell no.  Oh, what's this about Colorado and California making an appearance??  I wasn't aware that these people had any kind of clue at all.  Do you people actually have tournament experience?

I don't know about all of you other out of towners, but some of us Minnesotans will be staying at the Eccono Motel off Milwaukee Ave. (south of event site)  If you are staying there, look for us.

My tickets are purchased, my plane leaves in under four hours.

Bob, I think I'm gonna give you a call when I hit O'Hare.  I've got a whole afternoon with pretty much nothing planned.
