Target permanent's controller sacrifices it. That player reveals cards from the top of his or her library until he or she reveals a card that shares a type with the sacrificed permanent. The player then puts that card into play, then shuffles his or her library.

It's blue, it's an instant, has limited disrupting power, is a bit costly...but in Vintage combo can be good. I've seen this baby in action.

What kind of a creature are you planning to Reweave in to that you can't get with, say, Tinker?

It's a huge drain target that doesn't actually -do- anything.
