Can you Brainstorm into a Force of Will with zero cards in hand, draw 3 blue cards, one of them being FoW, then counter a spell at instant speed pitching a blue card before putting back the two cards at the top of your library? Any help with this question would be greatly appreciated.

No.

You can't play spells and abilities while another spell or ability is resolving.

Obvious exceptions exist to nearly every scenario.  It isn't nescessary to have to go through all of them every time someone gives an answer.
