Thirst for Knowledge

Simple question:  Can I discard two artifacts off a Thirst for Knowledge?   Or must I pick one artifact or two non-artifact cards?  Thanks.

I've seen two judges both level 3+ give separate different rulings. I would think you can, but I can't see a place where you would want to. even if you discard both to put 'em back into play, the probability that you'll draw another thirst is pretty great.

You can discard either one artifact card, or ANY two cards. If you want to discard two artifacts, you can.

It's easy to see situations where you'd want to do this if you remember that some Stax decks run Thirst AND Balance.
