With the abundence of Oath, along with Meandeck Doomsday, it seems that a mono-blue fish deck with md roothwater thieves could be possible.
Fish Creatures 18 4 Cloud of Faeries 3 Flying Men 4 Spiketail Hatchiling 2 Rootwater Thief 3 Waterfront Bouncer 2 Gilded Drake
Spells 19 4 Force of Will 1 Misdirection 1 Ancestral Recall 1 Time Walk 4 Standstill 4 Curiosity 1 Crucible of Worlds 3 Null Rod Lands 23 4 Wasteland 1 Strip Mine 4 Mishras Factory 3 Faerie Conclave 11 Island
SIDEBOARD 15 4 Blue Elemental Blast 1 Null Rod 3 Energy Flux 1 Crucible Of Worlds 3 Maze of Ith 3 Suq-Ata Firewalker
So what do you think? Im going to run this in a 5 proxy power tournament this Saturday and would love opinions/suggestions.

I really wish i could, as i have read everything there ever is to read on doomsday, (and i would like to say you wrote a great article), however im lending the Doomsday cards to a friend, and i am hoping to make this deck a possibility.

To deal with either of those decks you must run white. StP kills oath creatures. Meadling Mage stops doomsday/oath rite off the bat. This is just my opinion

Fish Creatures 18 4 Cloud of Faeries 3 Flying Men 4 Spiketail Hatchiling 2 Rootwater Thief 3 Waterfront Bouncer 2 Gilded Drake
Why not go back to this creature base: Manta Riders Lord of Atlantis Rootwater Thief Spiketail or Cloud Drake/Bouncer

This deck makes me wish Polymorph was better. I agree -- white would be an excellent addition.

With 5 fetches, adding white would be fairly painless. My first thought was like a 2-color EBA, but after about a minute I realized that it would suck unbelievably. A splash could be a big improvement, though: just cut 3 Islands for a Plains and a 2 Tundras. Then you can add Swords and (depending on what you expect) maybe sb Seal of Cleansing or Disenchant.

StP is the best option vs oath, and seal of cleansing is a very good card against workshop based decks and oath... vs Doomsday, with W you gain meddling mage, saying doomsday you will win

I thought the version of Fish that took 8th at Chicago was an impressive idea, but what kind of odds do you have running two StP main deck to actually stop Akroma when necessary without any tutors?

Saying Tendrils you can win. Doomsday goes off with Necro/will or Twister/will often - in testing I would say almost 40% of the time. Granted Doomsday is probably what you would call but there are other routes to victory. Stifle is almost as effective as Mage against Doomsday as both Desire and Tendrils will be targets. Just be wary of Unmask and counters if you go the Mage route. Against Oath, Gilded Drakes and Bouncers are tech. So I think mono-blue is viable built correctly against Doomsday/Oath. The problem is that you will die to Workshop decks ... Energy Fluxes and Hurkyl's Recall can help you there. Fish is possibly the toughest budget deck to master when playing the monoblue version. Steve says play budget Doomsday. I say play budget Oath.

If I had to make a choice I would deffinately go with, Gilded Drake. Waterfront Bouncer works against you. Let's say I oath out an Akroma, if you activate the bouncer, and she returns to my hand you are only providing me fuel my keeping the bouncer on the table. Gilded Drake keeps the same amount of creatures on the table not allowing me to oath unless I have a Forbidden Orchard. Let's take Meandeck Oath for example. If you happen to be lucky enough to Gilded Drake both Akroma and Spirit of the Night, then that is game. Also Oath has a pretty good chance of getting out a second turn Oath. Casting Bouncer and waiting next turn to use his ability could be deadly.
