While surfing for events at pastimes.net (where scg3 was held)  I noticed that there was an upcoming tourny for a thousand dollars.

Here is the limited information that I have.  I'd put in more effort to find out all of the information if I was actually going, but I'm not.

More information regarding the GP and what's going on can be found here.

Exclamation  "Thomas Gianni & John Matson will be on site Saturday, December 18th from 1-4 pm.  Jeff Laubenstein will be on site Sunday, December 19th from 1-4 pm."  Exclamation

For those of you that know where Pastimes in Niles is, DON'T go there.  This event is being held in Rosemount, IL.

I imagine that this tourny is sanctioned.

I'll definitely come by and say what's up, I'll probably be with Aaron. Side note, what other TMDers coming out besides Dante?

16 people (they lost $680...) 4 rounds, cut to top 8.  Round 4 everyone in top 8 drew in, so we just had to wait 10 minutes for people who weren't in and top 8 and wandered off to lose on time.

The final standings:
(we played it out in the finals, 3 and 4 were based on standings in swiss, 5-8 in no particular order)
1. MeanDeck Oath
2. Goth Slaver (me)
3. MeanDeck Oath
4. Control Slaver
5-8. MeanDeck Oath
5-8. Cereberal Assassin
5-8. Homemade Welder
5-8. Homemade Workshop

There were 4 Oath players there, and I played Oath 5 times.  There was some combo, a mud, and probably some other stuff I didn't see.
