I said I would only do a Day 2 on a weekend where I had the Monday off.

April 16-17th would work because I have my school's spring break the following week.

May 28-29th would also work because that Monday is Memorial Day.

I was once asked on MWS, what the highest I ever finished at a TMD Open was.  I replied, "I've never played in a Waterbury.  I was then called "A TOTAL NOOB!"

I would imagine that the weekend of april 16th would be bad considering that is the day for star city chicago.   I talked to a ton of people at the last SCGchicago tournament that attend waterbury, leading me to assume a lot of people travelled to star city from that area, and the same, a lot of people from this area travel for the waterbury.  i would suggest to maximize attendance you do it in may.

that being said, anyone wanna give me money for a plane ticket/gas money and a hotel?   :lol:  Rolling Eyes

I can make both, however, Memorial day (as we were talking about yesterday) is beter because of the long weekend.  That way more people can come for Day 2!!

I voted for the May dates, but I can make both.

ERRR...I am a doof...I didn't realize that April 16th was the SCG Event.

Me and Pete H. have a friendly relationship and as such will not cross our dates.

Waterbury will not be the same weekend as SCG's Events and vice versa.

If anything, then, TMD OPEN 6 will probabbly be Memorial Day weekend, or might not have a Day 2.  I'll keep you all updated.

MODS: could you please lock/close/delete this thread or whatever you got to do...and I apologize for wasting your time by not checking those dates against SCG's first.
