Italian food. Learn what's the real taste of italian pizza, spaghetti, lasagna, or the lesser know (but even better!) pansotti with walnut sauce or pasta with pesto, or other things like that... not that awful imitations you can find worldwide! You will be unable to live without! I have only found one thing which was almost better that those outside italy: paella!  Very Happy

Allow me to assure you that when the person you're kissing has just eaten cheddar cheese, a french kiss is a positively wretched experience.

Reading this thread has gotten me really excited
The mention of France and nude beaches being hot is so overrated.
All the nude beaches I see (both in Dutchieville and in France) are filled with old tarts with tits hanging down to their ankles and old men with ballsacks that do the same. Not my idea of hot...

Further i'd like to mention that French cuisine is really good, and so is French kissing. I wonder where the "French" in French kissing comes from, assuming the "French kissing" I know is that when two people that know each other in France meet (gender doesn't apply) they give each other a peck on the cheek. Obviously, there is no tongue-action involved.

Summarized:
- Old people are NOT hot
- Toad kisses men
- Britanny 'pecks' other women (which is, having seen Britanny, very hot)

I would think any 'presents' from your woman's mouth during a kiss would cause misery.

I like being right.  Nothing to do know but sit back and let the Dutch do the (entertaining) hard work of going more off topic than I can dream of.

EDIT: Nude beaches are so not overrated, they're a major ego boost.  They're a place I can go to and think 'Damn, I look pretty good, compared.'

You COULD say those things, but it wouldn't change the fact that they're both cheesier than the kiss Ephraim described.

...Barbies?

Should we be checking your ID before allowing you to post on potentially riske` boards?

My love for the French really comes from comic books. From an early age, i've come to love:

Gaston (my FAVE)
Tin tin
Asterix et Obelix

Quality comics like these MUST say something about a country and its inhabitants, right?

I have snow piled up waaaaaaaaay higher than I am (over 2 metres, I'd guess) either side of my driveway. We had over 40cm fall overnight last week. As I speak it is snowing. It will snow today and for the next 4 days. I bring a snow shovel to work so I can dig my snow out of the car park. My French car already has new locks because, although I am nice to it and leave it is a heated garage overnight, it can be -15 C or less during the day here (so my locks completely seized up forever, luckily not all at once). Laugh all you like at Skodas and Ladas but leave your western cars out overnight and you have trouble, those ugly Eastern European cars just start up no trouble (of course they do have the downside of protecting the occupants as well as a soggy juice carton in a crash).

15 inches might impress some people but not in the context of snow.

Britanny - admit you kiss women. The French do this cheeky thing a lot and trust me, there are guys here who find the idea of 2 women kissing pleasant (although far fewer who enjoy the idea of 2 men kissing)

American and French people getting along: Might take a while, there's a lot of propaganda floating around.

Yeah, there is a lot of propaganda around the irak war and all that stuff but I want to consider the relation between Americans and Frenchies without bush, because the people is not responsible of the choice of their president (even if he's stupid).

And even if puritan American continue to support him, it's not a big part of the country and we must kick his ass. I really don't understand why he has been elected once more.

He was mainly elected again because he is conservative. I live in Indiana which is a Republican state. I myself am not republican but pretty much every farmer in Indiana and most people living in small towns are. I don't understand why but they just are because it has been drilled into their heads that they are Republicans. It's like this all over America and its the main reason Bush won. Bush won just about every rural district in the United States while Kerry won every major city. That's the only reason Bush won which saddens me.
