From my experience with both decks, regarding the BS matchup, stax has the upper hand presideboard, but post sb I do believe BS has the upper hand.

Most effective BS builds run atleast 3x Energy Flux / 3x Serenity (maybe even 3x sacred ground??).  Resolving this simply means game over for the stax player.

The most effective start against stax is wasteland, go (with fow backup).
The most effective start against BS is MWS, 3sphere/SoR/Smokestack.

BS cannot deal with the smokestack if you play first, and you can simply wait to start adding counters.

BS has answers like daze, and stifle, which are damning to the stax players manabase and lock components. Daze often poses a problem when the stax player has only MWS open to play/pay for mana.
Stax has lock components that simply own BS if resolved early.

Since the restriction of 3sphere, Lam's deck has the upper hand IMHO, and rate the matchup about 60/40 in BS's favor.
