ok so I just discovered the probably not so secret yesterdays news kind of thing called Winamp. Yes I am hooked. Anybody else here use it and how do you like it?

Been using it for two or three years, skins rock. A note of caution, don't rip cds with winamp, they come out all fucked. Use Windows Media.

Are u serious man? If u really r, I won´t rip my cd´s on winamp anymore...
I used to play my songs and rip my cd´s on MusicMatch Jukebox 8, tha´s wonderful... but it´s does´n work very well on XP

I use a classic lite version of Winamp, because I hate having to run memory sucking programs just to play MP3's. I refuse to upgrade it because ad-ons just make programs more clunky, and they screw around with menus and stupid stuff like that. I know a lot of people have switched over to iTunes, but I'm not yet ready to give my money from one billionaire to another.

winamp is great.  THe TV stations are my fav...free porn/tv shows/music vids.

I use winamp to rip CDs.
