Play Grinning Totem, Donate it to your oponent, Mindslaver them, on their turn use the Grinning totem to search your own deck for Demonic Consutation and Say Bouncing Beebles.

Demonic can be replaced by anything that chooses somthing like that.

A bunch of huge card images deleted. That's spam.

First you need to cast orim's chant to prevent him from activating grinning totem once you've donated it, but before the slaver takes effect.

That wouldn't work because it is not a spell, you would just have to wait till they have no mana open...

All you need to do is tap the totem before donating it, with Twiddle or the like. Of course, this combo works about fifty billion times better with Ashnod's Coupon, since you force them to either scoop or pay you $100 for your drink.

That's right! I know I've seen something REALLY similar before! It was the mighty Ashnod's Coupon combo! Too bad that the opponent can concede before doing it..  Mad

I'd say copying a double deal 6 times with something like Uyo, Silent Prophet is quite nice as well Smile

This happened at a gamestore around eight years ago.

Castle. Animate Artifact on a Mox (Ruby I think). Unholy Strength on that Mox. Attack with that Mox for the win.

Everyone knows that welder beatdown is the best win condition ever. As for ashnod's coupon it says you have to pay for the drink. On a serious note it's not the coolest way to win but my choice of win condition is usually tendrils for 10.

I don't have any fast mana because Chalice for 0 takes them out.  It's really obvious to the elite magic community that you should try to play around Chalice.  Anyone who doesn't is dumb.  Moxes are really overrated anyway.  I have lands that are alot better.  And come on, LOTUS KILLS ITSELF.  How am I supposed to win the permanent race against Stax when LOTUS KILLS ITSELF???

The rulebook (4th edition or so) actually said in it "Our condolences to anyone who has been killed by an Ornithopter."

I'll admit to playing a deck back then that frequently killed with a greatly enhanced 0/2 flyer of DOOM.  The beauty of it was that I could cite the rulebook for a triumphant, metaphorical Nelson Muntz-esque "Haw, haw!"  ...all in good fun, of course.

Oh, I've done the welder beatdown. I used to play welder mud way back when.

The whole point of the coupon thing was that you donated it and then mindslavered them. That way, THEY pay for the drink. Pick a drink you own, and you can make them pay $100 for it.

The coolest way to win is obviously donating a mana crypt. Very Happy
I actually did that once on MWS, I got them down to 3 with tendrills (and a fetch on his side) but I couldn't kill him. I than proceeded to untap donate the crypt and 2 turns later he was dead. I was facing about 6-8 power worth of creatures, but I gained just enough life to survive for 3 turns.

Ofcourse going of in response to a lethal tendrills with solidarity is also quite nice. Smile

My favorite is to put all of their permanents into play on my side and to remove the rest of their hand, graveyard and library from the game.

Obviously its when your playing top and your opponents playing deathlong, hes got something recurring with regrowth and timetwister and 0 cards in his library after every twister usage.  He manages to pass his turn with a necropotence in play and I bounced it to force him to kill himself.. /rawr.

Situation: You have Upwelling in play. Both players have 300+ mana floating. You:

Cast disenchant targeting Upwelling.

Cast Ertai's Meddling on Disenchant for 1.

Cast Mindslaver.

Slave them.

Play Reconstruction on the Slaver, and play it again.

Cast Vedalken Orrery.

Their turn:

Cast Donate on Mindslaver, sending it to them.

They Mindslave you.

You turn: Ertai's Meddling removes a counter, Disenchant resolves, both players' mana pools empty. You're being slaved, you take no manaburn. They lose 300 life. GG.

Best kill ever.

The best kill ever is when playing Shandalar, you use a deck designed to go off with Time Walks, Timetwisters, Jeweled Birds, and....

DEMONIC ATTORNEYS.

That's right, you kill your opponent by making them Ante every single card in their library.

Must have been incredibly sharp!

Thinking about it, one of my very first decks (about 10 years ago) was a UW control deck which used things like magical hack and similar spells on CoP to keep creatures at bay. Resetting the field with Wraths, and winning with a magical-hacked Karma. Funny and nice against old one-color aggro decks.

If someone remembers, there's a Turbo Great Wall deck in existence:

The kill is VERY cool and the deck description is really funny as well.

Play Forbidden Orchard, Oath of Druids. Oath up your deck next turn until you find Marsh Viper and put it into play. Let's assume the best scenario, namely that the stuff you need is already in the yard. Otherwise, you wait a turn, dump your whole libary and 'shuffle' back Will with Krosan Reclamation during your upkeep. Play Recoup on Will. Play Lotus and all your Moxen and 4x Instill Energy and Hermetic Study on your Marsh Viper. Presto, 10 poison counters.

There's different, stupid ways to do this, including Replenish weirdness, Immobilzing Ink and Mind over Matter.

Very rare scenario, but it happened.

Opponent had Lich, and 2x Illusions of Grandeur in play.  He drew his 40, then played Eureka.  At the time I was playing Type 2 (which included Planeshift).  Opponent drops lands, nice big fatties and a bunch of other stuff that helped his mana and his creatures.  No haste though.  At this point, he has less than 10 cards in his library.

I drop ... Questing Phelddagrif.
I then proceed to give my Pheldie protection from black and red repeatedly, making him gain 2 life each time.  Due to replacement effects, he draws instead of gaining life.
