Sacrificing for Tinker is part of the cost, this means when Tinker goes on the stack chalice is already in the graveyard so you won't have any issues casting your Tinker.
That's very close, and the final answer is correct, but not quite technically accurate. When Tinker is first announced, it actually goes on the stack (this is part of the very first step of playing any spell or ability). However, abilities that trigger on spells being played (such as Chalice of the Void) do not actually trigger until the very last step of playing a spell at which time the spell is considered played. Since the costs of Tinker are paid before this point, the Chalice will not be in play when the opportunity for its ability to trigger occurs. See Rule 409.1i (and 409.1 in general).
