[Deck Help] Mono-Black Dragon

I am really trying to tweak this into the perfect deck. I've been testing it for about a week and everyone is telling me different things. I am not able to go UB because I have no money for FoW and Intuition and Seas. I am trying to get by with this for a 10 proxy T1 tourney in a few weeks. What can I change in this deck to make it a stronger build? It's only winning like 35% of games. It usually doesn't have enough juice to stop all the destruction.

That's the decklist. It's quite similar to the one of the Dragon primer, but I made a few changes, as I felt that was a little outdated. The Unmasks in there seem to be doing ok, I should get Demonic Consultation somewhere in there too. Maybe -1 Spoils +1 D-Consul? Let me know if there are any other changes you can help me out with. i would probably make 2 other changes as well
1) switch the dance and the animate count around. your deck basically relies on beats and the come into play tapped from the dance makes your new big guys not very cool.
2) basically with blue or without, there are way better options than using ambassador now. if you play against oath, you cant win with that card, which is not very good. instead i would use sliver queen or caller if possible. at least you could potentially win against oath and not worry about blessing.

also mana is tight in a deck like this and i could see myself wanting the vampiric over the demonic, just because it costs 1 less, and with bazaar out, it would work exactly the same. just my final thought.
