I really like this card, but I've been on vacation and unable to playtest. It seems to have three functions. One, it reduces deck sizes to 56. Two, it speeds up storm counts. Three, it allows Yawgmoth's Will to be played earlier to win the game. Especially with Imperial Seal and Personal Tutor entering the format in a few months, does this card deserve consideration?

Hint: next time, try reading the card. Specifically that "Spells without a mana cost can't be played." line.
