Current wordings and:

The Red card is terrible when compared to Browbeat. I like the White card because it will actually draw cards most of the time . The Green card seems out of flavour – perhaps it should be the Red one? The Blue card seems bad when compared to Counsel of the Soratami. The Black card looks fine to me.
