i believe that at the french national champs the tog deck that i believe won the tournie? actually went with the bazaar route. it seems okay but i dont think i would put it in tog honestly. oh yeah here is some tech for you with the squee bazaar. death spark. it might not be cool in this deck but i play cerebral assassin which uses bazaar+squee and the 4th squee was replaced with this, and actually works out nicely. i suggest it only because you have red in the deck for shaman. have you ever actually wished for peer through the depths. its cool but i have a feeling i would never go for it, unless it just rocks beyond belief.
i think you could go with 2 deep analysis and put in a mind twist or skeletal scrying. just some random thought though.

well tog with bazaar is a decent idea but id cut green and run a list closer to this:

Quote
2 Psychatog
1 Zombie Infestation

2 Intuition
4 AK
1 Ancestral
3 Deep Analysis
4 Brainstorm
1 Demonic Tutor
3 Cunning Wish
3 Squee

3 Duress
4 Force of Will
4 Mana Drain
1 Time Walk
1 Yawgmoth's Will

1 Black Lotus
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Mox Jet
1 Sol Ring
1 Mana Crypt

4 Poluted Delta
4 Undergroud Sea
3 Volcanic Island
2 Island
1 Swamp
4 Bazaar of Baghdad

SB:
3 Pithing Needle
2 Arcane Labrotory
3 Red Elemental Blast
1 Fact or Fiction
1 Rack and Ruin
1 Fling
1 Vampiric Tutor
1 Coffin Purge
1 Gush
1 Echoing Truth

this list removes the random green for berserk adding more black mana and a Fling to replace the two cards lost. A random G shaman is just that random. Also cutting one intutition for a Zombie Infestation gives you 3 win cards with one being something other than tog. The infestation can help with aggro matches as well.

The biggest changes came in the sideboard were i added alot more versitility, giving you some graveyard hate, artifact removal and vamp tutor in case you want something that is in your deck.

This should out preform the previous list on merit of added versitility, but testing will tell.

Bazaars in tog seems like an idea with potential.  But i'm concerned with the low percentage of mana sources, bazaars are useless here as the take up a land drop, thus you need more artifact sources, especially off colour moxes.

Bazaar of Baghdad + Mana Drain?  This just isn't going to work very well.
I'd suggest making this deck less about Mana Drain / 'Tog and more about Bazaar of Baghdad / Zombie Infestation.

A way to start would be the counterbase.  Ideally, you'd still want the base 8, but Mana Drain just won't cut it.

4 Force of Will
4 Circular Logic

You can try adding in Duresses after that, but I have the sinking feeling that with 4 Squees AND the versatility / draw of 'Tog decks, you're going to be short on room.

The Kill:
3/4 Zombie Infestation
1/2 Psychatog

Infestation is cheaper, and 'Tog fits right in because of your tendency to dump cards in the graveyard.  Other necessary cards from this point on include 4 Squee, Goblin Nabob - which means Intuition can't be passed up.

Here's where the problem comes from.  You don't have enough space to run 4 Squees AND the Accumulated Knowledge engine, even when you're already in need of Intuition.

Quote from: Psychatog Tutors
Demonic Tutor
Mystical Tutor
3 Intuition

Now, the number of tutors in the new Zombie 'Tog list can be modified to save space while still being versatile:
Quote from: Zombie 'Tog Tutors
Demonic Tutor
Mystical Tutor
Vampiric Tutor
Merchant Scroll (optional)
Intuition

Now, you have 4 ways to tutor up Intuition, and an additional tutor to grab any card in the deck.
To recap:

4 Force of Will
4 Circular Logic

3/4 Zombie Infestation
1/2 Psychatog

1 Demonic Tutor
1 Mystical Tutor
1 Vampiric Tutor
0/1 Merchant Scroll
1 Intuition

4 Squee, Goblin Nabob / 3 Squee, 1 Death Spark
(I added the aforementioned Death Spark tech since *supposedly* Control Slaver has game against 'Togs, and this should help)
4 Bazaar of Baghdad

There is still the problem of a draw engine, other than the Bazaar/Squee engine, which requires a set-up.
Since your kill is synergistic with it, how about some Standstills?

4 Standstill

You can also use stuff like Deep Analysis which would free up more slots, but the point of the Standstills was to not create a bottleneck where the deck needs a discard outlet to function.  I believe Deeps would still do wonders, regardless.

Going straight UB/r would probably be good enough - allowing you to use Death Spark and not giving you a terrible-er manabase by using 4-colors.
And without drains, I'm not sure I would use more than 2 Cunning Wishes, especially since they are no longer necessary for the kill.

Lemme know if any of this helps.

I will break into your house while you aren't home and disguise myself as a chair. Then I will leave before you get home, but there will be a place at your table where I was a chair and you will wonder why there isn't a chair there. Then later I will leave the chair disguise on your doorstep and you will realize what has happened and you will be afraid all the time. Helter Skelter mother fuckers!

Is there room in here for some Crucibles, and a lone strip mine?  With which you can protect your bazaars as well as be able to intution for strip mine allowing you to attack your opponents manabase.

You need to seriously think about adding more content to your thread along with some sort of matchup analysis. That being said, I know that Morphling.de usually has some Bazaar Tog lists(either old Legacy or Vintage) that you can look at as reference.
I think that Revvik is right on target with what should be done to make this list more competitive...
