Recently, I've been leaning towards your original idea, that is, white in the maindeck. The reason I like it and want to try it out is Suppression Field.

I'm not 100% on whether Disenchant or Swords to Plowshares are maindeck material, what do you think? Did you ever play with StP maindeck and wish it was a Gempalm Incinerator instead?
