I'm down.  And besides, I want to buy the young savant a beer for his 21st.

I also feel obligated to say 'hope to see some of you guys representing with me in the top eight.'

SAVAGE!!!! Free beer and a good time? I'm all for it. Demars, you know where the motel is, so plan on being there after like 7 (latest). If we're still not there, hit me up. Anyone else who wants to go, the Eccono (yes, spelled w/ 2 c's) is where the party's at!

There's gonna be some made Type 4 action at the Eccono Motel with PAUL MASTRIANO AND JOE BUSHMAN.  That's right, you heard me.  Clearly, this is going to be the best tournament ever, no exceptions.

I am kinda glad I wont be out for this.

I love SCG, and I love Power 9, but I am not much of a fan of all the former barns and pseudo brothers of community talking all kinds of trash that would seem silly if they went 0-2 drop. But I will miss my midget porn freak friend Clown.

Bring it bitches
My deck is actually awful; I let the girl I'm dating pick the cards for it pretty much at random.
In spite of this, I'm pretty sure I can still top eight.  However, it is going to take lots of drinking to pull it off.

I made it to the finals in the last tournament I was drinking at. Heh.

Drinking and playing combo is the best.

Drinking is the only way I can hack playing this game anymore. I really only come out to distort metas. Since I cant round up enough lackeys to play a field full of belcher, I am staying home.

And since I wont be there I am cheering for The Michigan Avant-Garde, and Clown of TresserWhores.

Can't believe so many people are going to this with Halloween right around the corner...

I would SOOOOO be there, however I can't skip out on a weekend of Halloween parties Razz

I'll hopefully catch the next Chicago Razz

I'm with Ben in cheering for Michigan players, so that when I crush them, it'll make me feel better! Smile

There's no more coverage.  People only ever really wanted to read the decklists.

There are 112 players at SCG P9 Chicago, and we will be posting all 112 decklists by the end of the week.

However, we are no longer providing "live" coverage of the SCG P9 events.

Sad

I suppose I'm not that surprised that not many people read the coverage considering that a) it was on vintage, and b) only premi members could subscribe.

Still, thats really too bad because it provided literally tons of really good information. This is a little frustrating too, because SCG T1 coverage was probably the one real reason for a vintage player to get the premi stuff. It's mildly interesting to read flores, and cunningham is sweet, but considering I don't really play that much in other formats its not really worth it to me anymore.

I wish I hadn't bought more premi now,

You sure talk a lot of shit for somebody who has never actually made a major top 8; hopefully the good players on your team will be able to back up all the trash talking you've been doing in this thread.  j/k.

Well, I guess that doesn't apply anymore.  Mr. Green  As it turns out, I didn't need to rest of my team to back up all that trash talking I did in this thread.  Although, Steve making T8 just gives us even more leverage.

I believe his performance two days ago speaks for itself.
