 Rules Text: Look at the top five cards of your library. For each
             card, put that card into your graveyard unless you
             pay 2 life. Then put the rest into your hand.

Little has been said about this card in Vintage foruns. I understand it as an expensive card to play, and probably Skeletal Scrying is just better. Moonlight Bargain is selective though, and may help even so set a Will up (if you reveal 4 cards plus Will). The fact is, for 1 more mana and 5 less life you could draw all these cards with Scrying. Also, BB in the casting cost is something that hurts. It doesn't need graveyard removal as Scrying does, and that is something to care in theses Yawgmothian days (not that important, but...)

So, is Moonlight bargain going to see any play?

I wouldn't think so, it's a bit too expensive. At 3bb, I think most would prefer to use Scrying (as you said), simply for the flexibility of it. It's probably even too slow for reanimator or madness in any format as well. Sure, there's ritual and such -- but there's much better things in most cases to use that for.
