It's not just an astrological sign anymore.

I know plague boiler, when it gets three counters, says "sacrifice it, IF YOU DO, destroy all nonland perms."  I also know that because of this, someone can naturalize plague boiler in response to keep it from blowing.  However, what happens if I respond to the Naturalize with some other sacrifice effect, like Claws of Gix?

So stack is:
1)  When Plague Boiler has 3 counters, sacrifice it, if you do, destroy all nonland perms.
2)  Other player responds with Naturalize targeting boiler
3)  Respond to naturalize sacrificing the boiler to claws of gix to gain a life.

3 resolves, I gain a life, 2 resolves and naturalize is countered on resolution, then 1 resolves - do all nonland perms go or not?

No.  In order for the Plague Boiler to destroy all non-land permanents, it must be sacrificed to its own ability.  If you sacrifice it to another ability, it will not be there to be sacrificed to its own ability when the ability resolves and the Boiler won't be able to blow.
