Correct - I'll reveal various decks-that-might-have-been along with the results next week.

And removal is legal - any cards that have targets are assumed to have legal targets for purposes of goldfishing (it's not about whether the spells resolve, just whether you can cast them). It's a rule primarily aimed at the uncastable-Kangee deck, although there were some others that work fairly similarly.
