"Born Again"

This is a casual deck I'm working on. All of the creatures are ones that can come back from the graveyard. It's mostly designed for multiplayer use. Eternal Dragon is one of my favorite white creatures of all time, so when I found out about Firemane, I immediatly acquired four copies and started building this deck. She's ok, but the loss of landcycling really hurts the card in general compared to ED.

Land:

4 Plateau
3 Sacred Foundry
3 Battlefield Forge
4 Mountain
10 Plains

Creatures:

4 Eternal Dragon
4 Firemane Angel
2 Shard Phoenix
2 Ivory Gargoyle

4 Swords to Plowshares
4 Tithe
4 Wrath of God
4 Lightning Helix
4 Akroma's Vengeance

4 Darksteel Ingot

Looking over this list, I've come to the conclusion that dredge should have been renamed and been a Boros mechanic. R/W deserves way better than Radiance, which is complete garbage and can even be bad for you. Right now this deck is slow, but if it can get to 4-6 mana and the board isn't hopeless, then it can usually manage to at least put up a fight. I'm wanting to make it more capable though.

I know this won't happen in a tournament, but if my opponent has Chaos Orb in his hand while I'm controlling his turn from a Mindslaver, who flips the card if I force him to play it and activate it?
