I figured that this one shouldn't have the poll function because there are way too many of these to consider and there are some that some might not necessarily consider to count as webcomics. Favorite: The DugoutH8: Get Your War On

I think PvP is pretty good, but I don't read enough webcomics to have a least favorite.

fav: I was gonna be all special, and start listing off lesser known, under appreciated, trendy, yet still super good comics, but then i realized to truthfully answer the question I could give only one response.
P.A.
like the greenday of webcomics, counter-culture so popular they are no longer special.

I feel the need to chime in and let you know that I've never read a webcomic that's decent in a sustained fashion.
Sure, every would-be funny man occasionally bumps into a good joke by chance, but I've never read a webcomic that made me laugh (or even grin a little) more often than it did not. I guess what I'm saying is, it's a shame there's no screening process for webcomics (like publishers or newspapers in the real world). This means every talentless bastard gets a shot at wasting 20 seconds of my life.

Awesome: Achewood. I've never heard of it (or any of these, honestly), but I love the description for Achewood: "A cartoon of modern life as lived by a retarded otter, an alcoholic tiger, and two bears." Update - Holy shit, the internet is a weird freaking place... I thought the web was mostly porn, blogs, and baby pictures. Wow, was I wrong on that one. Bardo <- lives in a cave (w/ dial-up)

I don't really read any web comics but flash animation is really cool.
Can I cite Homestar Runner, or anything by Group X?

Yes, now THERE's a decent use of the medium. Homestarrunner is awesome, as is Salad Fingers.

I hate Macromedia, and every crappy web product they stand for. I've become firmly convinced that there is nothing in Flash or Shockwave that is worth my bandwidth.

Matt has the right idea. Instead of listing your favorite series, post (or link to) a comic that tickles you. http://70.86.201.113/imageserv2/temporary/PBF077ADDisassemble.jpgExcept your selection ran right off the page. --Matt[/color]

This one's a weekly webecauseomic for Eve Online players. It's generally applicable though.

You're god damned right it does! As far as comics go, PBF is pure genious. I also check on the usual gaming comics such as VGCats, PvP, and PA. All very good. As far as flash goes, Homestar Runner rules. I've also enjoyed Bonus Stage. In the weird flash cartoon category, there's David Firth's "Salad Fingers" of course. However, I very much enjoy Jesse Simpson's works at NoiseRover. Everything I hated, I promptly forgot, although I recall content. And they were pretty bad. :/
