When Eon Hub came out I knew that I needed to have some fun with it. I decided to build a casual prison deck around it, abusing fading and cumulative upkeep mechanics. The basic idea is to accelerate into a turn 3 tinker to get out the Hub and drop a Glacial Chasm the same turn. You'll only have 1 mana source left at this point, but lots of time to drop some more before casting an Antagonism which eventually kills off the opponent. To protect the prison-combo you can wait to drop it until you've put out a Parallax Nexus, a Parallax Wave or a Reality Twist (depending on the situation). To help you find things there's a few tutors plus the Ancestral Knowledge which is awesome here. Yes it has 4 Tinkers in it, but hey, this is casual.

The Prison
2 Eon Hub
4 Tinker
4 Glacial Chasm
3 Antagonism

Accelerants
4 Pentad Prism
1 Sol Ring
3 Dimir Signet
3 Signet (for u/r when it comes out. until then use a Talisman)

Protection
4 Parallax Nexus
3 Parallax Tide
3 Reality Twist

Search
4 Ancestral Knowledge
1 Vampiric Tutor
1 Demonic Tutor

Lands
4 Vault of Whispers
4 Seat of the Synod
4 Great Furnace
2 Darksteel Citadel
6 Island

I put this out there mostly as a fun little deck, but would appreciate any ideas on how to make it a little more secure. Wasteland is the big threat (if someone knows what's coming they can hold one in hand with enough cards to avoid the Parallaxes and then drop it) so I've considered trying to fit Stifle in, but there must be better options. So thoughts, ideas, etc...

If all you're worried about is Wasteland, Teferi's Response is much better than Stifle.
