In the past, I thought a lot about the "possible" lack of interest on Eurpean Reports of all the TMD's members, directly connecting it to the lack of answers on my posts.
On the other hand, after a bit of thinking, I realized that it isn't the best way to approach the issue.
Think about what Waterbury or GeCon represent for all american people.
Here on TMD, there are plenty of threads of more than one page, with people talking about "nothing", but surely entertaining them in the process. It is part of their life.
Then compare these topic to mine or to Gabethebabe's ones.
Why people should talk about "funny" aspects of the game or about "their own funny" if they haven't personally "lived" it at least one time?
While the writer *try* to be funny and interesting with his post, the people who read the piece cannot feel the same feelings. They have not been here, they cannot always argue or imagine what happened with the needed angle or perspective.
A direct connection of this situation, usually translate itself in the lack of a good number of answers.
When I see written things such as: lack of contents/answers because of "different metagame", "non-proxy events", "different deck" and other answers, I usually hardly laugh (LOL or ROTFL, choose any one of them freely

)
It is another way to mitigate the truth: people interested about MtG would always read reports but they would reply only in the ones where they have been or can have an active role.
Talking about techincs and strategy into Reports' topic isn't inadeguate but usually it doesn't happen, because the "off.topic general feeling" that usually connect the reader to the writer is far more powerfull.
On the other hand, I really appreciate the ones that showed, directly or indirectly, any form of interest for the things that I summarized for them in my posts ( PM, answers, messages, mails and so on ).
@Gabe.
Write with only an informative and divulgative intent, doesn't put any attention to answers' number or anything else. You write primarily for you, don't you?
