It totally depends on the deck:

If I'm playing a Drain Deck:
Rascal King - The Might Mighty Bosstones

If Im playing a Shop Deck:
Vol. 4 - Dance Dance Revolution 3rd mix (its a remix of the Dig Dug music file from the DOS game)

If I'm plays Pure Combo:
 Stress - Jim Infantino
-- this is so perfect: "I'm addicted to stress thats the way that I get things done, If I'm not under pressure then I sleep too long and I hang around like bum.  I think I'm goin' nowhere and that makes me nervious.  Everybodies out to get me but I feel alright" ... "Its the little things that get'cha, when you weren't payin attention"  -- If you're a combo player (even if your not), you need to hear this song =)

If I'm Playing Fish ... I just can't decide either of these would do:
 Toxic - Britney Spears
Sinse You've Been Gone - Kelly Clarkson

... But Definately some TeenPop female dance/vocalist =P

Oh an if I were playing some crazy stompy/weenie deck ... definately:
Who Let the Dogs Out - Baha Men

I figured I'd leave that one open for Bowers if he still reads TMD.
Bowers IS Bombs over Baghdad, though.

I have to go with either Ace of Spades from Motorhead or Hearts on Fire by Hammerfall...either one would be able to pump me up before a tourney.

It's Allright Ma I'm Only Bleeding by Bob Dylan. It's a great song not only because it's got the most amazing lyrics in the history of modern music but also because Dylan annoys the shit out of anyone that doesn't like his voice. Or anything by RATM, another band with a high degree of annoyability (I'm not sure if that's a real word or not) for people who ain't feelin the revolution...

I like to go for songs that seem to have something to do with Magic, at least title-wise, like Fear Factory's 'Archetype', or Metallica's 'Wasting My Hate'.

Alternatively, if I just want to pump myself up, I'd go for Slapshot's - 'I Knew I'd Lose' or 'I Want You Dead' or Hatebreed's 'Prepare for War'.

Actually, if I was playing Aggro, I'd go with Riders of the Storm by Hammerfall.

I actually had to explain to someone why Mana Drain was better than Counterspell. That was depressing...

Then they asked why Black Lotus was better than Gilded Lotus. I walked away.

Hmm...this would kind of depend on what deck I was playing.

In general: Ennio Morricone - The Ecstacy of Gold

Beatdown: Queen - Another one bites the dust
Storm combo: Probably Metallica - Die, die, die my darling
Anything with Mindslaver: OBVIOUSLY Metallica's Master of puppets, however, a case could be made for Pantera's Domination Smile

It's easier to put a theme song into context if you imagine it playing as you like, run in from the bullpen to close out the 9th inning.  For this reason, I'd probably pick Sum 41's No Reason (with the intro tacked on, of course) or Saliva's Superstar.  Although, Vietnow by RATM is probably more fitting for a Magic tournament than a 9th inning closeout.  Confused

AC/DC - TNT

Not a bad one Very Happy. Thunderstruck and Highway to Hell would be good options for AC/DC, too.

I would use Stone Cold Steve Austins theme song. People would hear the breaking glass and piss their panties like little girls, hiding under the table to make sure Stone Cold didn't throw down a beer in their face. Perfect distraction while I resolve a Tinker.
