This might be a change of pace, but:

Thank you Randy, for addressing our concerns.  I don't own any Time Vaults, and I'm actually quite peeved over the issue, almost entirely because of the secondary market value of Time Vault dropping.  I get afraid when something like this happens.  I don't want to lose money on my power, you know?  Frankly, I got really worried over whether you guys were going to reprint Force of Will or not.  This thread isn't about that, and I don't want to bring that up.  Just mentioning that I'm concerned about the value of my cards, but the greater point that I hope I'm making is:

It's GOOD to have you listen to us, and post on these forums.  It's GREAT that you take our complaints into concern and take the time to explain to us why things happen the way they do, and when they do.  I'm very glad to see that Wizards still cares about us, and I can rest more assured about the value of my cards in the future.
