This thread reminded me of the glory that is Perfect Hair Forever, so I made the avatar you requested as thanks.
Here are a couple different versions of the Coiffio avatar:



(This one is a bit large, but I couldn't slim it down without destroying the color quality)

I couldn't find a scene with a good view of Coiffio and the whole color cycle, but I think these 2 came out ok with just part of the cycle.

I got the source video by converting youtube footage into .avi with a handy online converter, http://vixy.net/
