Should not not not be Hasty.  Something this powerful should not be able to attack immediately.  It's too swingy.  What would happen is you'd get to a ridiculous game stalemate, then clear the board and kill in two-three swings.  There is no way this does not win the game the moment it is cast.  In non-eternal formats, he essentially can't be killed (Land->StP/Condemn is the only way, and you've already taken 5), and even if the opponent does manage to survive and kill this thing, the game goes back to where it was, but you at 10 points of life less.  Now maybe that's an acceptable situation for a 12 mana creature, but it seems a little abusive, especially with some of the ridiculous mana acceleration.  I definitely think this shouldn't have haste, but possibly even not returning your permanents when it dies.

It is possible to float mana and hit it with an instant speed removal spell. I suggested haste on a 5/5. As a 7/5, he should definitely not have haste. The opponent should get at least 3 turns against this guy if he's still at twenty. I think he shouldn't have haste at all. Then, the opponent always gets at least one turn to try to do something. Besides, it's sort of anti-climactic to blow up the world if you're just going to attack for the win that turn.

How about choosing a non-legend creature? Otherwise he is a UG instant Wrath of Frog.
