Ritual Redux
{B}
Instant
When you play ~this~ you may sacrifice a creature.
Add {B} {B} {B} to your mana pool if you have at least one creature in your graveyard.
Everybody needs some body....

Are you saying that isn't Black enough for you?

I'm not saying this isn't black enough. I don't have any disagreement with your current card, yet. I'm still thinking about it. All I'm saying is that arguments about Time Spiral and the color pie are not valid. Time Spiral does not excuse us from following the color pie. It was an exception. I don't want to hear any arguments that blue gets direct damage again, so black can have rituals back. Blue is not getting direct damage again. Blue got it for one set based on a nostalgia theme. Blue probably won't get direct damage in Planar Chaos or Future Sight and definitely won't get any in the next block. It doesn't count.

Your card has to black enough on its own, disregarding Time Spiral. Right now I think it's pretty black.

How about choosing a non-legend creature? Otherwise he is a UG instant Wrath of Frog.
