The problem with that interaction is that you can still tap it.  I really want it to be able to block no matter what.

I don't see any problems with Anusien's current version. If they truly are tireless, they can use a Psionic Gift and still block. In fact, all creatures can block and use Psionic Gift at the same time.

How about choosing a non-legend creature? Otherwise he is a UG instant Wrath of Frog.
