Onsite registration will begin at 11:00 AM and Swiss rounds will begin around noon.

Prizes:
1st Place: Mox (Unlimited)*
2nd, 3rd, and 4th: Based on Attendance
5th - 8th: Based on Attendance

*1st place: Mox Emerald at 24 players, Mox Pearl at 28 players, Mox Ruby at 34 players, and Mox Sapphire at 40 players. Prizes for 2nd – 8th places will also be based on attendance. Each player adds to the prize pool, so the more the merrier. Prizes will adjust for more or fewer players. There will also be Myriad Games Mana Cookies for all players as well as prizes for Best Deck Name.

Everyone who preregisters will be entered in a drawing for a bonus Dual Land!

Ten proxies are free with entry. Up to 5 additional proxy slots may be purchased for $1 each for a total of up to 15 proxies.

Beverages and snacks will be available throughout the day. Make plans now to come join in the fun!

To help registration and reporting run more smoothly, please print out your deck registration sheet ahead of time and bring them to the event. We recommend that you type out your deck list using software such as Apprentice, Magic Workstation, or simply your word processing program of choice. Or you can click here to download the Deck Registration Sheet and fill it in by hand.

Just one week left until this event!

I'm even more excited than usual since I'll be able to play in this tournament. Derek McAtavey will be serving as head judge.

This adds a new twist to the T-Shirt Challenge:

Anyone who defeats me in a tournament match will be eligible to receive a Myriad Games T-Shirt (subject to the usual restrictions - once per six months) and there will be other small prizes for beating me as well - these will be customized for each player individually. I will also be playing T-Shirt Challenges whenever I have time throughout the day in the usual format (one game, unsideboarded) so that other players will have a chance to win as well.

by all accounts, I should be there.

Now to figure out what to play...

I won this one.  I went undefeated in the swiss and drew in to the top 8 as the 3rd seed.  I then won against  CS and Bomberman before offering a split in the finals. The split was turned down and I won in 3 games.  I walked with a Mox Emerald for and had a good time as always.  I'll be posting a fuller report soon.  Thanks again to Myriad and all the players who makes New England the best place to play Type 1.
