When I first saw the Suspend mechanic I tried to find some way to make it broken. Not finding anything, this card came to mind.

Card Name   5
Artifact
When "Card Name" comes into play, remove all graveyards from the game.
Spells from hands cost an additional 10 to play.
If an opponent plays a spell you lose the game.
If you play a spell, you win the game.

Darksteel Colossus is easier to play! Very Happy

No.  Too easy to abuse with Heartbeat of Spring, especially since the new spell doesn't have to resolve.

I think it does not even matter wether you get the mana; this is a Nether Void-effect in a very extreme way, so a broken T2/Extended/maybe Legacy Nether Viod deck (that wouldn't even be fun) would probably evolve out of this. You just need ANY creature on board, then Ritual this in, and you've got a game.

I think there should be an 'understood' rule, or guideline or whatever, that there be no cards that say "you win the game" on them.  The last couple didn't go over too well and this one doesn't seem to be receiving much praise.

Is this better?

Card Name   5
Artifact
When "Card Name" comes into play, remove all cards in graveyards with flashback from the game.
Spells from hands cost an additional 10 to play.
If an opponent resolves a spell, you lose the game.
If you resolve a spell, you win the game.

That is worse...

I cast any spell, and while its on the stack I weld this in.....  If you have no response, then I win.

The problem with this card isn't the flashback cards  (because flashing a card back would still cost +10 mana).  its that this card might as well read "Players cannot play spells."   essentially this card gives the person with a creature on the board the ability to win if I can attack for the next 20 turns unblocked.  This card is way way too one sided, becuase you are going to control its timeing.

Essentially in order to make it fair, you need to make it lopsided for your opponent.  Something like 2 harsh catches like:

"When you discard ~this~ then you loose the game" (meaning duress is a wincondition, and it basically stop easy welder tricks) and
"Creatures you control may not attack" (limiting your win condition to actually attempting to play a 10 mana spell or something like jynxed choker, trike/welder, or other pinger type cards)

Doesn't this just have "10: Target player wins the game.  Any player may play this ability"?

I feel like this is necessarily unfun.  If you want to print a card that has "Win the game on it" if needs to be balanced but FUN.  Think the current Design Internship; no one likes Revenge because it helps your opponent.  Similarly, no one is going to want to play this because you can be easily screwed by your opponent.
