I know we all love looking at spoilers of new sets to see what's coming out (I certainly do).  And when we have a rules question about something we see, we want to ask it, of course.  With spoilers though, this is not so simple.

Please refrain from asking rules questions about cards which do not have an official ENGLISH wording available.  Any answers may serve to misinform.  Even if the person asking and the person answering both understand it's pure speculation, others will read it, and some of them may become misinformed due to incorrect wordings.

Also, even when an official wording on a new card is available, questions concerning it may still be unanswerable due to rules changes.  The rules as they exist today are written to cover the cards that exist today.  New sets introduce new cards, and the rules will be added to/changed accordingly to cover those cards.  For example, after wizards.com previewed Lotus Bloom, a large number of people questioned how it could work, since the rules said spells without mana costs cannot be played.  As we all know now, the rules were modified so such spells can be played.

The Rules Primer for a new set is released a few days before the prerelease, it contains the most significant the new/changed rules for that set, and will enable answers to most questions which concern them (again, assuming an accurate card wording is known).
