If anyone is actually interested in breaking this subject down, I propose a "tournament." If we take the votes here to create a seeding, we could do a single elimination bracket. People could vote on each head's up match, and the winner would move on to the next round. Right now there are 21 creatures, so either we'd need to give 11 creature a round one bye, or add 11 more creatures to the mix. I'd be willing to organize this. We could leave the poll for each round up for one week. In total it would take 5 weeks to crown Vintage's Best Creature. If there is enough interest in this, I'll make it happen. Please reply or PM me if your interested.

Everyone would vote on who they think the best creature in each "match" is. The winners would go on to the next round, the losers would be RFG'd. This would
Interesting idea, but I think most of the winners would be self-evident until it just reached the same Welder v. Bob head-to-head we have here. Based on the above, there looks to be a 99% certainty the results would be: Welder, Salvagers, (Toss-Up), Xantid, Ichorid, Meddler, Bob, and WGD. Eventually, it's hard to find a scenario where it doesn't boil down to Welder v. Bob in the end (unless they pair off prior to the finals). Also, some of the creature choices leaves the methodology open to attack. Why Withered Wretch but no True Believer? Duplicant but no Sundering Titan?
Mind you, the choices are good overall but a lot of it is superfluous to what seems to be a subjective battle between Bob and Goblin Welder. And on that note, where did Welder's huge comeback come from? At the rate the votes were being split, I'm surprised to see the new batch favoring the Welder 20-to-1.
