With the new up coming lorwyn set i think the duress should be changed to the new thoughseize and after talking to dicemanx some i think the old build with oath sideboard is the strongest build(for now). The only problem i have with the oath build is that its good for stealing that second game and you have to win game one, but if the deck ever runs into main deck leylines for example when i played dredge i can beat it by going off first but if dredge opens up with that turn 0 leyline i have only one and answer and that is to wish for echoing truth. I think that some where main deck there should be a spot opened for 1-2 echoing truth. The reason i choose echoing truth over chain of vapor is the factor of some decks can open up with more than one leyline of the void.

Another thing i want to throw out there is the fact of root maze as it might become popular with the creatures and such coming out in lorwyn. What is the answer to this? Before it went to the oath build i used to run sparkmage appentice as he could beat platuim angel and rootmaze, but with main deck echoing truth the option of bouncing the rootmaze before you go off is also good too. So from what ive played and what could become popular i think one main deck echoing truth seems good not just a clogged up spot(since it also bounces all zobies tokens, posion slivers, and anything else with muiliples).

I globally agree. Some discussion about Thoughtseize, oath transformation and echoing truth :

1) Thousize has an amazing advantage against duress, it can discard a creature. In Dragon, this is very useful to put a nasty creature of the opponent's hand into his graveyard, creature which can be reanimated, even under a Leyline (Sundering Titan, Tidesprout Tyrant for instance). The loss of life is not a real con, because Dragon want to win quickly. The main drawback of the card is that Thoughtseize is "misdirectionable", which can be a very bad trick.

2) During the japanish tournament, the dragon deck pass over 2 ichorids to achieve the 3rd place. It's a small proof that dragon can go through Leyline with Echoing Truth and enchantment destruction to win. Thus, the Oath transformal side, which is very costly in the sideboard in terms of cards, can also be replaced by some enchantment management. I think it's a metagame choice.
With Echoing Truth (which is indeed better than Chain of Vapor, because of his global effect if more than one Leyline reach the board), you can also play  Ray of revelation, which prevents the opponent to cast another Leyline to prevent you from putting a dragon in the graveyard.

3) Echoing Truth is useful to bounce a lot of things. The number to use depends on the dragon build, but 2 seems to be a right number in most case. But against root maze, will you have enough mana to cast the animate spell and the Echoing Truth, which allows you to make infinite mana ? With root maze on the table, you cannot kill with witness, because you won't have the mana to cast your second reanim spell. Some solutions : a alternate kill with caller of the claws (a classical one), which is quite irreleveant now, with all the pyroclasm we find in the metagame. Or, again, an enchantment management like Naturalize, ray of revelation, and so on.

Before i tryed out the oath sideboard i did used to run all enchanment hate and it was so hard to figure out what to board out and how much of the enchantment hate to bring in and after bringing in 7-9 cards for just leyline i found myself running more colors and it seemed that i never got a chance to cast them cause they we being countered more easy and while digging for them so i could get rid of leyline to win i lose most of my dragons cuase me to slow down alot. Maybe this is just my luck i dunno i just think that oath sideboard has a more consitant chance of winning game 2 if leyline is in play.

I tested the enchantement removal only in the 5C version of Dragon. With a 5C base, you haven't difficulties to cast the removals. 2-3 bounces and 2-3 removals is enough to buy time and combo out under an early Leyline. But I understand that it's very difficult to replace cards in dragon to put in removals, especially if the mana base is only 2 or 3 colors... That's why the japanese list surprised me ; he should have played very well to pass through Ichorid !
