Put a copy of target creature into play under its owner's control, then remove it from the game.

Abandon the Flesh {1} {U}

You know what irks me the most?
That MaRo had the audacity to taint the good name of the Rakdos by including a justification for HoFLong in their article.

I think there's some wording ambiguity on the card.  "It" is not clear.  Are you removing the creature or the copy?

It should probably be worded:  Remove target creature from the game.  That creature's owner puts a copy of that creature into play under his/her control.

If you do it in the other order, then Legend Rule may come into effect... makeing this a very powerful "Remove target legend from the game."
(although I'm not 100% sure that the legend rule is checked.  It might be checked immediatly after the spell is completely resolved).

State-based effects are not checked while spells are resolving. They are checked immediately before a player would receive priority.

Is this card supposed to remove the copy or the original? Also, it should " Put a creature token into play that’s a copy of target creature into play under that creature's owner's control."

How about choosing a non-legend creature? Otherwise he is a UG instant Wrath of Frog.

I really like the idea of this card; it lets you reuse CITP effects on your own guys or save them; it lets you give an opposing creature summoning sickness (or RFG it with a follow up bounce spell) or make them reuse an undesirable/drawback CITP effect (such as bouncing another creature). This is a very versatile card, and quite cool.

How does this differ functionally from Momentary Blink-type effects?  I mean, you can't bounce the copy, but that's about all I can think of.  Maybe that means it should be white.

Interesting that you mention that card, which has a blue flashback. I see it as a cross between Momentary Blink and Pongify.
