Again, no General Forum for Non-Magic? Is this where this stuff goes?

http://abcnews.go.com/TheLaw/story?id=3119381&page=1

Am I missing something?

The plaintiff is apparently a Judge, well versed in the law, and this WAS over a pair of pants (his favorite and/or lucky pants, and by what I gathered on my first reading, his other nice pants didn't fit well anymore)

I have no explanation and am seeking explanations.  $67million against some damn dry cleaning company (I assume not the WalMart of Dry Cleaning).  WTF?

Huh? What?

This is the stupidest thing i've ever heard. It's a pair of pants, get over it.

I have endured mental suffering because a friend of mine once got coffee on my pants. Maybe I should sue him say... Sixty-seven million?

Honestly, this is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen in my entire life.

This whole suit reminded me of the Spongebob Squarepants episode where Mr. Crabs opens a hotel up. Real life does imitate art! Very Happy

The Chung's should do the right thing, and let the judge guy have his pants back to wear as an ass hat.

He has his pants I believe, but he's still suffering mentally. I say we stick him in a mental institute if he's suffering so much mentally that he needs to sue for $67 mil.
