I need a ruling on.
This is the "Gamestate"
my buddy started to build mini sandwiches from his lunchable.
so my question is.
Are assembled Lunchables punchable?
A better question is why is a grown man eating lunchables???

http://consumerist.com/5342699/kfc-has-a-bacon-sandwich-that-uses-fried-chicken-as-breadso KFC is rumored to begin selling a sandwich which uses 2 chicken breasts instead of the usual carbohydrate shells. The problem is that this delectable delight technically breaks the boundary. If a punchable sandwich is described (in my memory) as having 2 carbohydrate shells, what is this? This sandwich is not official yet. It is just a rumor. If it comes to fruition we may have to rethink the sandwich rules!!!

I suppose after reading the rules we do not in fact have a problem because this will be sold as a sandwich and its stated in the rules if it is sold as a sandwich it is one.
Still a sweet sandwich!!!!

A better question is why is a grown man eating lunchables??? Even better yet, why didn't you punch it? I mean shoot first ask questions later. A constructed Lunchable sandwich is not necessarily punchable. It would be if it were altered (bite taken out, top pulled off and mustard added, cut in half, etc.). I don't know anyone who doesn't eat a Lunchable in one bite, but you guys might be daintier than my friends. The important part: a sandwich is only punchable after altering it. The KFC Fried Chicken sandwich is likewise punchable once it's altered, even without the sandwich menu. The shell doesn't necessarily have to be carbohydrate-based (and the chicken is breaded), just two pieces arranged sandwich-like around a filling. Also, that looks heart-chokingly good.

I think we've actually had the Lunchable discussion before. Seriously, does your friend actually make a little sandwich, then take a bit, then set the sandwich down? That's on par with putting down a partially eaten Ice Cream sandwich.

I distracted him in mid bite. I know thats like... dastardly and everything but I still got my punch in. and for the record, it felt really good.

If I get a McDonald's burger, unwrap it but don't bite/remove/add/do anything but take the sandwich out of the wrapper, is it considered modified, and therefore punchable?

Your sandwich is still unmodified an not punchable.

Necroing this topic up for value.
After my visit to the states, where I had to face the Sandwich punchers from the Team Serious, my current score is:
+0 punches - 2 times my sandwich got punched (Sam & JACO)
Total: -2
Will try to make this more popular within the EU.
Cheers,
