Well I've always been a Johnny type of player, and I've been pondering this deck ever since I've seen some of the new cards in planar chaos and around that block. I once had a friend who walked into on our local card shop with a white weenie deck, and nobody had expected or sided against it. He had won a vintage tournament with a white weenie deck. I've thought, would it be possible to make that deck even better by splashing green since green has gotten so much better? Here's an idea that I've been thinking.

Creatures:22
4 Ohran Viper
4 Savannah Lions
4 Watchwolf*inspired me
4 Werebear
2 True Believer
2 White Knight
2 Eternal Witness

Artifacts:6
3 Umezawa's Jitte
3 Aether Vial

Enchantments:7
4 Armadillo Cloak
2 Gaea's Anthem
1 Glorious Anthem

Instants:4
2 Swords to Plowshares
1 Disenchant
1 Naturalize

Sorceries:4
4 Harmonize

Lands:17
4 Savannah
4 Windswept Heath
6 Plains
5 Forest

This is just a rough thought. I wanted to fit in some Birds of Paradise but Werebear seemed more dominant as a 4/4 later in the game. There are however a good number of cards that have double of a color in the casting cost.

I kept it non-powered because I envisioned it a deck that would be playable for me lol.

As for drawing, I'm pretty sure white weenie has no drawing, so the Ohran Vipers and Harmonizes help for that.

The deck can Vial for 2 with 12 out of 22 creatures. Jitte and Armadillo Cloak should provide good enough creature buffs, and jitte can do about anything lol. I thought about Rancor but couldn't find any room.

So my question is, does it have potential? And what change can make it better? Also, what could I use as a sideboard?

At a glance, I see a severe strategic problem with this deck.  Werebear and Savannah Lions have only a single coloured mana in their mana costs, but a whopping 25 spells in this deck call for two coloured mana.  That seems like a recipe for colour-screw to me.  Granted, you're running solid colour-fixing technology with 4x Savannah and 4x Windswept Heath.  Nonetheless, I think that you would benefit from giving the deck a stronger focus on one colour of the other.  White Knight definitely seems replaceable and you could run a third copy of Gaea's Anthem in place of your one copy of Glorious Anthem.  True Believer probably needs to go as well, just on the principle of tightening your colour base.

There is a multitude of options that you could pursue from there.  If your mana base is suggestive of the environment in which you might play this deck, Dryad Sophisticate would probably be a worthwhile inclusion.  Marsh Boa and River Boa, likewise, are always solid.  Removing Disenchant and replacing it with a second copy of Naturalize or with Krosan Grip probably would be a good idea.

On principle, I wish to encourage you to remove Umezawa's Jitte from this deck.  Depending on just how casual your environment is, maybe it can stay.  Generally speaking, though, it's up there with Skullclamp.  It is just one of those cards that makes your opponent sigh and say, "How casual do you really think that deck is?"

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.
