This deck is a start but you need bazaar of baghdad, daze, possibly merchant scroll, brainstorm, wasteland, force of will, cut a wonder, and possible other things. This could could also splash black but that would take a little for thought so i might get back on that part. Also put in 5-7 fetches and 4 trops if you splash black put in some undergrounds. So one else may be able to help you out some more.

U/G Madness is no longer playable in type one. The deck died when the DCI decided to kill of Long.dec by restricting LED among others. For this deck to succeed in Vintage it needs the explosive power of 4 LED's. On the other hand, it is a super fun casual deck. This is the list that I run in casual play:

Blue-Green Madness Casual

Mana Base-22-

Sol Ring
Lion’s Eye Diamond
Wooded Foothills X4
Tropical Island X4
Island X6
Forest X6

Green-20-

Wild Mongrel X4
Basking Rootwalla X4
Arrogant Worm X4
Roar of the Worm X4
Eternal Witness X2
Genesis X1
Regrowth

Blue-18-

Aqaumeoba X4
Circular Logic X4
Gush X4
Intuition X2
Deep Analysis X2
Wonder X1
Frantic Search

It has a high fun factor and is easy to build on a budget. Have fun with the archetype!!

Here's an old primer about it.  That list splashes red, which might not be necessary now.  I'm not sure it's worthwhile to try to update the deck, though.

Whatever the case, it certainly dosent need Wonder.  What an awful, inefficient card.

Wonder is fun, but should only be a one of. I think the good play is Intuition for Wonder, Brawn, and Genesis. This deck isn't going to beat any Gush.dec or for that matter just about anything competitive in type one, but it is still a lot of fun to play. Going for the fun/casual angle Wonder is a fine card choice. One of the things that I have always enjoyed about U/G madness is that you get to play cards that you wouldn't otherwise.
