Hopefully you weren't aware of the tournament being held 2.5 hours away on the same date: http://www.themanadrain.com/index.php?topic=33962.0

I don't think there's really any overlap of players, nobody from PA who goes to Blue Bell ever seems to turn up in Jersey.

Anyway, November 3rd, I think I can be in.  Whether Harriet wants to come back is another question...

New date! November 10th!

Sorry for the shenanigans involving the date!  It is now set in stone!

Hope to see you there!

With just under 2 weeks to go, I'd like to hear from anyone who plans to attend!

You know it's the same weekend as SCG Chicago and you've posted there saying you're going?

Aside - I'm in, and trying to bring more than just the wife with me.  Even trying to dig John Blake out, but he's far from commiting to it...

Nobody's posted anything in reports yet, but basically Brian Carey won with Flash.  Not that he lucksacked it entirely, but winning game 2 of the final vs a Leyline on the other side of the table is quite a tall order for a turn 1 win.  Reverent Silence, followed by Pact into Mox-Land-Flash.

Dan Herd (Gush Tendrils), Sean Lind-Caro (URBana) and someone I can't recall right now made up the top 4, my wife Harriet made T8 but lost to Brian with her Goblin burn deck that seems very viable right now.  My Ravager Affinity doesn't seem very viable, but I've never gone 0-2 with it before, never mind 0-3.  I take some solace in the fact I got paired round 1 and 2 against the only 2 Flash decks in the room.  Turnout was 23 people, dates were changed often and promotion was a bit lacking, so not too bad.
