I though about Runes/Witness/Cunnign myself

This doesn't work, in so far as the opponent will put Witness into your hand. Rune/Rune/Cunning works, but how ?

Cunning -> for Stroke of Genius if they give it to you.

Otherwise...
Read to draw/discard your deck, Eternal Witness in the graveyard.
Target Witness with reanimate return another animate to hand, Worldgorger Dragon in graveyard
Cast animate on Worldgorger Dragon.
Loop, Witness stays in play, target both animates on the Dragon, Put graveyard into hand. Wish for Stroke of Genius.

There is a more simple strategy

Cast Read the runes, discard your deck, make infinite mana, reanim Eternal Witness which brings back Cunning Wish for a winning Stroke. No need to bring back a reanim !
