Dragon on a budget?

Well, I used to play a lot of Vintage a few years back, when Dragon was big. I loved that deck, but eventually I got out of magic and sold most of collection. Now I want to rebuild Dragon, but I'm afraid I don't have much money to spend on it. Therefore, I was wondering if I could get some help doing this cheap.

I'm thinking about going mono-black. If I can make this work, I won't have to buy duals (I can't afford them).

Anyway, here's some of the cards I'm considering:
Buried Alive - With dark ritual, this can drop Dragon-Dragon-Laquatus into my graveyard Turn 1.
Dredge? I'm not sure how this would work, but I'm sure it's possible to dredge Dragon into my graveyard on Turn 1. Then again, unless I can make that really work, I might as well play Ichorid.
Infernal Contract - Card drawing for mono black.
Snuff Out - My friends like their creatures...they play things like Goblins.

The core of my deck is:
2x Worldgorger Dragon (If I somehow manage to get my hands on Bazaars of Baghdad, that'll go up to 4).
1x Ambassador Laquatus (Again, no dual lands , or I would run Hellkite.)
1x Some Fatty (I'll need something to animate if I can't combo off. Alternatively, maybe Eternal Witness would work in this spot to give me a second chance?)
4x Animate Dead
4x Necromancy (I can't find my Dance of the Deads...I'll probably have to buy some. I don't like buying stuff)
4x Duress
4x Dark Ritual
4x Cabal Ritual? (not sure about this, but it seems like it could let me go off a turn earlier)
1x Lotus Petal
1x Mana Crypt?
1x Sol Ring? (not sure about either of these, as they don't make black)
1x Demonic Tutor
1x Vampiric Tutor

This deck needs more disruption, but I can't think of much. I know I'll probably need to splash and add blue, but I really, really, don't want to. As it stands, this deck can win on turn one (rarely) and turn two (sometimes). Often it wins on turn 3, and sometimes it takes till turn 4. I'd like it to be faster, but again, money. 

I can't think of much else to put in here without adding blue, which I really, really, don't want to do.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cabal Therapy could be solid--it works well with Duress, but also allows you to discard a Dragn that is stuck in your hand.  Chrome Mox could be an option for more budget accel.

Sounds about right. I'll probably grab 4x Cabal Therapy and one Chrome Mox sometime this week.
I'm thinking that Buried Alive is actually quite bad. It's a dead card in my hand without Animate Dead...I think that I would rather run Intuition, which would allow me to run AK also. However, that requires running blue...I'll probably use cheap duals from Ravinca and the like for that.

Well, since you can afford Intuitions, why not run Force of Will?

because I can't afford BOTH.
I have about $100 to spend. I'm not sure I even want to spend all of it. If I buy 4x FoW, then I can't really afford anything else. But if I buy 4x Intuition (at the store I go to, they're $16 a pop), I can also afford Chrome Mox and Mox Diamond.
However, if you think that 4 FoW is better than those 6 cards, I'd be willing to listen. FoW is pretty damn good.
I'm thinking of running Last Rights over Cabal Therapy. Watch this:
Lets say I have 4 cards in my hand on turn 3, after a Mox, Land, Land. I dont have Buried Alive or anything like that.
Drop another land. Play Last Rights. Discard all of my hand but an Infernal Tutor, dumping Worldgorger and Laquatus in my graveyard. Wreck my opponents disruption. Infernal Tutor for Animate Dead. Pass.
Play Animate Dead. Win.
That's a bit unlikely, but they're tons of more scenarios were sets of Last Rights and Infernal Tutors could be handy. What do you all think?

The thing about Intuition, Chrome Mox, and Mox Diamond vs. Force is that you are limited to what you can play if you get intuition and chrome mox.

If you buy Force of will, it goes into any and every blue deck played in vintage.

I would suggest getting the force and maybe when you have more money get intuitions.

Getting a playset of force of wills is vital to playing this format.

That's a good point; I'll definitely consider it.

What do you think of the Rites/Infernal Tutor "combo"?

If your looking to spend under @100, why not build ichoird? You'll have $ left over, and your odds of winning are better than dragon's.

I'm only semi-playing to win. I'd rather play the deck that I love and that first got me into vintage.

I think you should keep the deck mono-black for consistency's sake.  Proactive hand disruption (duress, therapy, maybe thoughtseize) is going to be almost as good and serve a similar function as Forces of Will, that is, protecting your combo.  Furthermore, you would have to make the deck mostly blue to support FoW.  On the other hand, blue would give you some semblance of a real draw engine, with cards like Deep Analysis and Careful study.

Could you post a completed deck list?  I'm getting back into play after a few years off and this looks interesting especially since I play mostly for fun.
