I am aware of the potential issues with tribal lands. This could just as easily be a regular nonbasic land, it just wouldn't be as cool.

Collapsing Warrens
Tribal Land - Goblin
Collapsing Warrens comes into play tapped.
{Tap}: Add {R} to your mana pool.
{2}{R}, {Tap}, Sacrifice Collapsing Warrens: Reveal any number of cards in your hand. Put X 1/1 red Goblin Warrior creature tokens into play, where X is the number of Goblin cards revealed this way.

Another possibility is:

Collapsing Warrens
Tribal Land - Goblin
{Tap}: Add {R} to your mana pool. Collapsing Warrens deals 1 damage to you.
{2}{R}, {Tap}, Sacrifice Collapsing Warrens: Reveal any number of cards in your hand. Put X 1/1 red Goblin Warrior creature tokens into play, where X is the number of Goblin cards revealed this way.

Not sure which is more flavorful.

Potentially how powerful is this if you could reuse with something like Life from the Loam?  I'd be much more comfortable with something like Urza's Factory, where it created Goblins.  You could even give it some kind of discount based on the number of Goblins you control.

It still comes into play tapped and requires 3 mana + this land to use, also, since the plan with goblin is rarely to hold cards in your hand, I can'T see how it would be too strong. Even with Life From the Loam, if you have a very well developped mana base, you are going to pay 4 + 2 for LotL per turn to make 3-4 goblins, it doesn't seem that strong. Surely not worse than Autie + Ringleader or Siege Gang.

I'm with Wagner. This land requires a heavy committment to Goblin cards to be really good (and it is really good with a handfull of Goblin cards, or after a Goblin Ringleader has hit play), so unless you're playing a R or R/B Goblin deck that splashes G for Life from the Loam, it can't really be broken by that card IMO. And even then it is questionable.

One thing that may have been over the top was the tribal land bit. I still think it's super cool as a tribal land, but it has so many awesome interactions because it is a Goblin that it may be too powerful. It is a mana source that is tutorable with Goblin Matron, Boggart Harbinger and Goblin Recruiter, put into your hand with Goblin Ringleader, and put into play with Goblin Lackey...

I think Tribal Lands are unreasonably cool, and would suggest nerfing the land a little bit in order to make it happen.

I don't think you get how powerful this is - it's like giving goblin decks a Decree of Justice. The tribalism isn't what breaks it, it's the cheapness of it.
