Sower of Temptation takes Ghitu Encampment.

If I take Ghitu w/ Sower, when it becomes a land at the end of my turn, do I lose control of it? Also, if I do retain controlof it as a land, when Sower leaves play, do I lose control of it?

The duration of the effect is "as long as Sower of Temptation remains in play."  Once the ability resolves, it doesn't matter if the encampment is a land, a creature, or anything else.  When Sower leaves play, the effect ends, but not before.
